Well I mean these people mainly come on here to be on tv. I don't know why people expect these perfect matches to actually stay together. It's all for show.
True. I just wish VH1 would give New York another dating show though. Atleast they were good at finding good characters who made the show worth watching despite knowing they were not there for love.
I would love another I Love New York. That shit was amazing. In fact all of the I love shows were amazing. Like you said they were able to have people who were actually interesting and make the show worth watching unlike the The Bachelor/Bachelorette shows which are just so boring.
So they should cancel AYTO because the matches don't stay together? If that's the case BGC and The Read World should be cancelled too, no one goes up there for "change" anymore lol, granted a select few do but most of them go for a check lol.
If Asaf had picked Francesca at the last match up, then Gio would have been stuck with either Nicole or Kaylen, who were both confirmed no matches with him. I'm gonna hope his indecision was staged by the producers, because otherwise that would make him the dumbest castmember to ever grace this show. He's still kinda hilarious though LOL
Regardless of everything, this season was pretty good. I cared more about the people and their relationships vs. the game and matches, whch hasn't happened since Season 1. Even the unlikable people were likable to some degree. The floaters were entertaining in their own special way (Tyler, Camille, Nicole, etc.) and the fights had at least some level of substance behind them. It wasn't the YOU KISSED MY GIRL **** YOU type shit that we saw in Season 2, nor was it the high school level shit we witnessed in Season 3. This cast felt whole, and their personalities were dynamic. The only person who felt weird to me was Morgan. Like I'm not sure he even arrived to the show if that makes sense. I feel like he and Devin from Season 3 should have switched seasons and matches.
All in all, this season of AYTO was more entertaining for me than Rivals 3 and Go Big or Go Home. Hopefully Lighthearted sticks with whoever casted this season. Word of advice: maybe go for an older cast (23+) b/c that way the connections and the drama will feel more real and have more weight in them. I feel that's what was missing in Season 2 and 3. The cast was generally very young and none of them had any idea what they were looking for because they hadn't lived their lives yet. Specifically Season 3.
It's so hypcoritical that Kaylen calls Fran a little girl but yet has really been the most immature, thirsty, drama starting ho in this house. she threw a bowl at John fro Christ's sake. really she's even worse than Simone.
Season 3 will forever be the season I swear was rigged. Those ******* somehow found their match after being stuck with what 3 beams the entire season? This season seems more real
