The guy in the pic doesnt have earings like Theo and based on the pic we have seen of Will that guy have a the same ****** structure/****** hair. In my opinion it resembles Will way more than Theo based on the video the pic came from:

So if its Will either the local that wrote he was kicked out over fighting lied to us Or he was just temporary sent to a hotel then went back to filming. That video was filmed 6 days ago.
