Nanys challenge career is kind of like theresas6th challengeaccused of being a bad friend paired with Wes sided with bananas her entire career until this one Accused of having a poor elimination record
They have similar records in terms of numbers and stats, but Theresa is more focused than Nany imo. On top of that, Theresa been paired with some flops - Ryan K, Jasmine - and still made it relatively far in those games whereas Nany has always had good partners/teammates - Bananas, Jonna, Alton, Dustin, now Wes - and still manages to freak out and shit the bed. And the eliminations Theresa has lost were against not good, not potentially good, but GREAT players like Laurel, Nia, Camilla, Cara Maria, Jenn, and Tina/Tori. I would say Theresa has had the cards stacked against her far more than Nany ever has. In fact Nany has had every reason to win since she started her challenge career, but for some reason she hasn't, and I can only chalk it up to her attitude. Her head is never in the game.
yes i agree with you. theresa is probably the most ****** over female in challenge history next to sarah, but even sarah has had it made up by production with her two previous partners(john and jordan) . the most gifted females are probably cara maria and paula. most of the challengers would push a baby filled carriage off a mountain just to be partnered just ONCE with the following: emily, laurel, cooke, ev, darrell, abram
john and and wes have had great partners too. camila, frank, tyler, sarah.....CT, kenny, theresa
Winning is important, but it's unfair and hypocritical of Nany to say those things to Wes when she herself hasn't been trying that hard. I feel like she tried hard on Exes 2, ultimately lost, and now refuses to dig in and compete because she feels like she shouldn't have to. She's good, and it would be nice if she won, but her attitude is all wrong and I honestly don't want to see any individual players make it to end without moving mountains either competitively and/or politically. If she really wants to win, she should tie up her shoelaces like a big girl and give it a real shot.
nany started off really hot in her first few challenges....seasons, rivals 2, FA.....i remember people on the show saying she was going to be the next "elite" female and people on the forum before the airing of exes 2 thinking she and john(or sarah and jordan) were going to massacre the season after her hot performance on FA
it seems like her fear of heights has gotten worse. she didnt seem to have any hesitation issues before
I think part of the reason Theresa has had so much bad luck is because she isn't a fan favorite and I don't think production ***** with her either so they basically said "Screw her. Let the ***** fend for herself" while they gifted their pets/fan favorites with good partners and circumstances that benefited them. Just a thought on my part.
Well Jamie and Kellyanne didn't even make it to the 1st checkpoint on the "Out if the limb" challenge.

kelly anne probably still has better endurane than jenna. peep on the last challenge how jenna/vince actually finished their food first but ended up second with like a 3 wall difference by the first round. KA was getting up those walls faster.
sarah was also very fast too. even with the head start that vince/jenna had from eating, sarah was able to catch up. if they end up in the final together(sarah and jenna) i see history repeating itself where sarah will beat jenna the same way she has beaten her TWICE already in these long foot races
jennas endurance looks awesome as long as theres nobody else around her to make her look bad. the mediocrity starts becoming noticeable when you put her in a foot race next to people like aneesa(bloodlines mini-final), sarahx3(exes 2 mini-final and final, rivals 3 mini-final), kelly anne, etc.
Had Sarah, Camila and Laurel had Theresa's partners they would've have done better. With Theresa's athletic background you would've thought she would have been better.

But when Paula had Evelyn and Emily she only won because of them. Like Cara Maria, Paula lacked confidence in her athletic ability and over all game. But Paula was actually a good female competitor.

you can give theresa more credit on exes2 than paula for rivals2 and rivals because most of the games on exes 2 relied heavily on the performance of the female counterparts. if you look at the missions on rivals and rivals2 you can see that paula held her own and didnt sink the ship but she didnt CARRY the team the same way theresa had to carry the team on exes2 by default of the way those missions were organized in which the males only played a supplementary role to the females. on rivals, it was basically paula vs cara vs mandi since all three of these girls played the supporting role of the team. there werent many missions where paula had to carry her team. besides, wes isnt even on the same level as evelyn and emily. wes is good but hes not on the level of ev/emily in respect to their differet genders. i would take theresa over paula anyday. they both can finish finals but theresa would destroy her in something physical. do you think paula could ever budge nia the way theresa did in hall brawl?

thats why i wasnt that impressed with paula on rivals. she did fine but she had evelyn to pick up a lot of her slack. if you actually look at the missions ony by one, jenn actually did more work than paula did until the final where she got food poisoning. i was more imressped with jenn than i was with paula on rivals

Paula was good on Rivals 1 & 2. Neither Emily nor Evelyn would have been able to win without her, but she was ultimately replaceable. You could've inserted any second tier female, and Emily and Evelyn probably still would have won their respective seasons of Rivals. And that's not to denounce Paula in any way. Just a reflection of how beastly and determined Emily and Evelyn are, but mostly Evelyn.
Theresa on the other hand, she was in a coed pairing, which relies heavily on not one but BOTH partners doing well simultaneously. Especially during eliminations. The few times we've seen Paula in a coed partnership, she's quickly sent home with her tail between her legs. Her long distance running and passion to win is commendable, but she's not an athlete whereas Theresa is. For the longest time I didn't like Theresa on these shows because I felt she was just there to hook up (Fresh Meat 2, Cutthroat, Rivals, etc.) but she really turned it around on Free Agents. And just so everyone knows it wasn't a fluke, she did exceptionally well again on Exes 2. I'm glad she at least got to see one final before 'retiring' and starting a family, but I do hope she comes back for at least another season. Preferably a team challenge like Cutthroat 2 or a solo challenge Duel 3. No partners.
