Nia got asked back twice after her fight which was way worse than what Mike did. Heck, Nia was brought back on a season with Jordan, Averey, and Johnny Reilly. All people she had issues with on her season. Abram got kicked off his season of Road Rules and has been on plenty of challenges, including Bloodlines in the current era. And of course, CT's been back plenty of times despite having arguably the worst fight in Challenge history.

Mike didn't get "kicked off" for physically assaulted Amanda.. He was removed for the night to defuse the situation then he decided, himself, not to finish living in the house.
