If Marie would have accepted, I doubt they would have put her with Trey since production doesnt really care about him.He got put as an alternate for exes 2 over two ayto teams they preffered to cast from a different show than cast him/Laura and a team even got dq 2nd episode they didnt even bother to bring them despite them being alternates willing to do it.I feel like she would have been with either Zach or Frank. No. Their cast was what ruined Real World and both sucked on The Challenge. The only way they can return to MTV is if they were in the audience of a aftershow and the camera panned to them for like 2 seconds.
