It was the 3rd most watch show this week on MTV! It did okay for the current MTV standard.

Teen mom was number 1 and catfish the episode that air before real world premiere was number 2.

That's not too bad, I'm pretty sure it's on par with the Skeletons premiere.

spill the tea baby. My favorite part was "by mtv standard" they need new locations......

Bloodlines got the same ratings on its premiere than this season first episode.

Skeleton premiere was on the 600k and the second episode was 500k...Hopey this season goes up as the episodes goes by just like skeletons and bloodlines did.

The 0.31 is the 18-49 demo.

Well that's good by MTV standards plus the show is already renewed so no complaints. Smile

It did over average in in the 12-24 demographic which is the one MTV care the most about.

Real worlds dead, i didnt watch this primere but i doubt it will live up to the first 2 vegas's

MTV is dead! Every show is pulling similar and even lower numbers.

Every season someone post this about Real world and challenge lol

They always start slow and little by little goes up.

Good to know it did well(in MTV's standards) This season definetly deserves the good ratings it gets.

I agree. It's probably too late to talk about this but I hope this season gets a reunion. Still salty about Skeletons not getting one haha

So hopefully like bloodlines and skeletons it only goes up from here.

I'm satisfied with that. Good ratings for a good premiere.

I am too. Thing about it is that season needed a reunion the most too.

Well they had after shows so I'm sure their getting a reunion. If they bother with filming after shows why not? Skeletons had neither.

I think they're doing tons with the show this time around compared to Skeletons and Explosion. Definitely Skeletons that had no after shows and no reunion.

Is it possible they'll do a big reunion consisting of Skeletons & this season?

Doubt it! Skeletons is old news for production at this point.

They've done it before with the first 5-10 seasons but with these new producers that's probably the case smh

Back when real world was big and MTV was actually popular.

Doubt Bruno would agree to do it.

Pretty sure they're contractually obligated to do a reunion if the producers want them to. Obviously the producers don't often FORCE people too - see Jonna (never does Challenge reunions cause she hates them), and I'm blanking out but there are other people who have declined a reunion before. If production wanted him though it's probably in the contract.

(Side note - pretty sure you're contractually obligated to do a Challenge for at least seven years after your season if they demand you to. Obviously they've never DEMANDED anyone to and instead ask politely, but that was always interesting. I remember reading Arielle negotiated that part out of her contract.)

I wasn't even talking about the ratings, the show sucks now and the last "real" season was portland before the dumb twists

I think it depends bad girls club have the same contract and there has been atleast one person since season 10 that have missed the reunion.

I would assume the same for real world that they wouldnt actually force anyone, but who knows. Didnt Greg from Hollywood missed the reunion? Or he was never invited?

As far as the challenge didnt they almost force I think her name is Kendall from Road Rules to be a replacement, but they Didnt went through it. I remember Molds told me about it and she told me it was on the old threads too.

Yep. And they keep asking her too. I don't know why they bother with her.
