Love and Hip-Hop Expansion

Only one is getting picked so it will be interesting which one they choose. Mona actually said New Orleans being green lit is false. They've been trying Miami for so long and it was supposed to happen before Atlanta did but they could never get the cast right. Erica Mena was going to be on the Miami cast which is why they introduced her in Season 2 of Love & Hip Hop but since it didn't get picked up they just kept her in New York. They asked Trina to do Miami as well but she declined. I can actually see Trina doing it now though since her career needs it.

Both Supa_Cent & TokyoVanity (Vine/Instagram stars) are supposed to be on the NOLA edition. They met with Mona about a week or two ago & signed a contract.

When I say that shit is going to be so live & RATCHET lmaoooo I don't care much for Love & Hip Hop but Supa is ******* hilarious.

and 3 others (mostly local) have been cast in the New Orleans version. But then again they may not do it. I remember 2003 when Ice Cube was supposed to film a movie in lousiana about some dude named willie d and that turned out to be a bust even after newspapers articles and shit.

I'll believe it when I see it. Mona clearly wants Miami to happen first anyway. When you see actual cameras around town hit me up cause you can spot them a mile away here in Atlanta.

I mean, they posted pictures of the dinner they had & even the Shade Room posted something about it. Her saying it's false might just be her not wanting people to find out about it yet.

It's very possible that it could be an entirely different show she's producing though.

The Shade Room ain't credible though. I personally think she is trying to cast in New Orleans and someone involved assumed it was a done deal.

Biggest reason I don't believe New Orleans will happen is it doesn't have big enough names in that location. Social Media stars ain't shit and Mystikal irrelevant.

That's why I also don't see it happening.

If it does happen in N.O., I could see it being more of a showcase of the whole Bounce scene, meaning it would be a lot of  unknowns unless you know a little bit about it already. I didn't get why they would have social media people on here either lol but I guess Cardi B. opened the doors.

From what I know they are filming two different shows right now one in New Orleans and one in Houston but they are saying only one is getting picked up so the most boring one will get dropped mid-filming.

But also Graphik could be right they could be filming an entire new show.

Good luck with Big Freedia, she just got charged with lying about income to get Section 8 vouchers and faces fines and jailtime. She also got her own show anyway, unless that got canceled or something
