The survivor account on YouTube released a video with Probst, Fishbach, and Parvati where they answer questions and talk about Survivor. I only watched a few minutes but Probst said that there was going to be bullying happening later on in the season.
The reason they kept Alicea is because she's easier to manipulate and she's disposable
So why not just dispose of her NOW? Had they gotten rid of her, it's very possible they would never go into another tribal again as the Brawn tribe. IMO it was just stupid...Darnell's mistake didn't even matter bc they caught up, the blame should've been placed on the puzzle people.
Darnell's mistake DID matter because they would have had more time on the puzzle if he didn't **** up.
Let's face it, it makes more sense to keep the people with no alliances around. The way Darnell was so close to cydney made it a better strategic choice to get rid of him and make her closer to Scot and Jason. Alicia has nobody, they can get rid of her next week because they still don't really like her. It doesn't make sense to vote out somebody with no allies.
You can say all you want about Darnell being a good character and likeable but this is survivor. You don't want likeable people to get far in the game. You want them gone.
OK but the thing is, you shouldn't WANT to go into tribal again at all, especially to "dispose" of somebody you should've gotten rid of in the first place. Nobody said anything about Darnell being likable or a good character (at least I didn't); who would you want beside you in these types of missions? Darnell or Alecia? The Brawn team was stacked; like I said before get rid of Alecia & it's a good chance they would've never went into Tribal again as that tribe. When the merge into two teams happens, THEN start getting rid of the stronger people. That whole alliance with Cydney thing is a cop-out, them voting Darnell off weakened their current team.

i disagree, Darnell didn't help them he was the weakest guy on his tribe and Jen outpreformed him. If they lose next week which you don't know they will then they vote Alicia off and have a power house team of four. I don't see why you think so highly of him.

But who was the weakest person overall & what does she bring to anything? Not even just the challenges, apparently she did NOTHING around camp. It's not me thinking highly of him, it's me seeing that their decision wasn't thought out in the least. If they win, then good for them but if they lose again they can only blame themselves for not getting rid of the completely dead weight in the first place. Darnell messed up on the first part, however he pulled his weight with everything else on top of actually helping around at camp. It was enough to convince Kyle to change his vote to Alecia.

And if they do then they vote her off and are left with four very strong people. I don't see the problem. Darnell staying wouldn't do anything different imo considering he's the second worst at challenges of the team. And maybe she can actually dive underwater without being a moron and losing the mask.

He would actually help around camp, plus I mean really? Him being the 2nd worst is far better than Alecia being THE worst on top of not doing shit to help out outside the challenges.
Who's to say they would even vote her off? That vote showed me they're not thinking & I wouldn't be surprised if Cydney is a target next.

the ONLY reason she wasn't voted out was because Darnell was an idiot.
Aubrey surprised me, i expected her to suck in the challenge because how she looks and how she was freaking out the day before but she killed it, getting all 4 oars and doing the puzzle
Way too early to have favorites. Just watched the episode and I would have voted off Darnell as well. Alecia said she was bad at puzzles--don't have her even attempt the puzzle--that's not on her. The best thing she could have done was to just let Jennifer try to do it. Aubry was on my most annoying list until she performed. Very impressive. I hated Caleb on BB but he was alright in the first episode.

Exactly. At this point in the game you don't keep people whom are stupid and are bad at challenges. Alecia fits that so you get rid of her. Darnell ****** up yes but overall he'll be more of an asset to the tribe than she'll ever be in the long run.
I don't understand why people think Darnell is an asset. In the end it really doesn't matter which one of the two was voted off but I would have voted out Darnell.

I bet you he'd be more help around camp. This show isn't just about challenges.

I know it is about other things but at the end it is about the game. Does he do enough around camp that he's worth keeping?
There's nothing worse, IMO, than someone who claims to be able to do something then fails miserably. I'd keep the girl that says immediately--I'm not good at puzzles--over the guy that says he can dive but can't. Don't mislead me day 1. How could I ever trust you?

Well then you shouldn't trust Alecia then either because of her answer when they asked her if she had an Idol knowing **** well she didn't.

That's game play. She just showed she's a bad liar. That won't hurt me in missions

You're going to base all of your trust on if someone said they can dive or not hahaha. Close to the dumbest thing i have ever heard. I don't care if your the best ******* diver in the world there is still a possibility in a competition that you could make a mistake. So you should make your choice on who is going to help you long term.

This. She surely won't be keeping up the shelter, going out for fish, etc.

When you're competing (have you ever done this in your life?) it is impossible to work with someone who oversells what they're capable of doing. Absolutely impossible.
Who says he can help me long term? I saw nothing impressive from him. Clearly the weakest guy if not the weakest person on the team.
It wasn't directed at me, but what regular sports have you played where people DON'T oversell themselves? Every single sport I played, people do this regularly. They talk shit, show out at practice, run their mouths but their game never really keeps up with it. People in competitive sports (HS, College & Pro) do that all the time.
