When Paula returned for Rivals 2, people hated her. Laurel's the best and people hate her. Cara Maria's the best on this season, and they hate her. It seems like you have to suck to be liked.

Bananas was a **** on the challenge he won, Paula was hated before rivals 2, Laurel was mean to cara on FA ( and is mean to alot of people) and Cara cheated on her boyfriend this season. It's not because they are good competitors, it's because of their personality.I do agree if you are constantly in power position you can get more heat.

Probably that the beer one was mainly a luck based checkpoint with a harsh penalty for not succeeding as quickly as possible versus say skill or strategy with the tires/puzzle.
She has been on the challenge for all these years and she's now realizing that challenges/elimination/finals sometimes have luck based random parts in it? She needs to stop making excuses especially because Jenna/Briana passed them before the "carnival" based games. And that wasn't even a luck based game they had to strategically hit it right to get the cup in the barrel.

They are probably less than 10 cast members who have never shown any unlikeable characteristic. And most of the time those people don't get called back. We all like different contestants but at the end of the day, they all have shit.
Cara was annoying with her comment about losing because of carnival games--yes, that beer thing was weird, but every other part of that leg was legit. And no one ever has a right to complain about puzzles--they're on literally every season and every final of this show, and it's worth investing some time in working on that in addition to training for the strength/endurance based stuff. If you make no effort to get better at something that's a staple of the show, then you can't whine about it.
And yeah, Laurel's a *****, but I like her. She gave us that wonderful tirade against Paula, and let's be real, has she ever gone after someone who didn't at least sort of deserve it? CM, Easy, Abram, Paula, and Theresa are not exactly the best and most innocent people in the world.
I really just need Cara/Jamie to win so they could twirl on all the haters with that $250k and call it a day. I can practically see Bananas moping at the reunion and lashing out because he lost to his biggest rival of the season.

I actually like Laurel. She's straight up. She's not going to pretend to align with you when it's useful for her. If she wants you out, she's going to make it know, and then she's going to get rid of you. Yeah, she can be *****y and cruel, but we all have our flaws.
Also, even though so many people have started to dislike Cara this season, I'm still at her table. I loved her since Cutthroat, and I'll love her through her demise. I'm not saying everyone cheats, but a lot of people do. One mistake doesn't define a person. I don't understand how they determined that 120 for guys is comparable to 60 for the girls. It should have been a percentage of their actual weight. No wonder the guys struggled--especially considering none of these guys are very good. Even Cory

Honestly, 120 pounds for the guys was ridiculous when the women had 60 but if you don't believe there's a ton of guys that have done challenges that could have crushed that I don't know what to tell you. Let's name some...and I'll start with recent guys...Jordan (who I hate), probably Robb (who I don't like), Frank S, Zach (maybe--he's a ***** at times), Leroy, possibly Ty...then you have Bananas, CT, Darrell, Landon, etc...maybe even Abram but I'm skeptical. I don't understand why you think that mission was difficult. I'm kind of disappoint Aneesa didn't make the final because it would have been interesting to see her run that. ****, could you imagine what girls like Paula would have done with that final. Paula. I'm still laughing at the thought of Emily or Laurel only having to carry 60 pounds. LOL.
