I just don't get Cara's complaint about all the checkpoints. Did she think it was just going to be a kickboxing contest? Every single final with the exception of Free Agents was pretty much set up exactly like this...dumb little checkpoints with running in between. It's her fourth final...shouldn't she know the drill?

Probably that the beer one was mainly a luck based checkpoint with a harsh penalty for not succeeding as quickly as possible versus say skill or strategy with the tires/puzzle.

I suppose...but is the beer thing any different than that rock throwing one on the finale last season? Or where they had to swing the ring on the hook on Seasons? Things like that aren't new.

Fun facts if they weren't mentioned. They had to do another loop and run upstairs.

Cara took Jamie's bag at times to give him a break but they didn't show it

100% disagree with you. That's like saying people with cancer should date only other people with cancer (even though cancer can't be spread) or people with herpes should only date people with herpes (which 1 in 3 people have). Some people (as you see with the girl) were born HIV positive and couldn't help that they had the disease. That should'nt mean they should have a limited selection of people

Fact of the matter is nobody realistically wants to date anybody with that serious of an illness. No shade.

I understand if someone doesn't want to date someone who's positive. I'm not knocking that. That's their own decision. But to say that they should date their own..that's going a little overboard.

The rocks one had a time limit and the hook one was a shot.  Jenna/Brianna were only able to have that lead because they got lucky and got their two glasses into the barrel fairly quickly.

She has been on the challenge for all these years and she's now realizing that challenges/elimination/finals sometimes have luck based random parts in it? She needs to stop making excuses especially because Jenna/Briana passed them before the "carnival" based games. And that wasn't even a luck based game they had to strategically hit it right to get the cup in the barrel.

Awesome final challenge!  I've been hoping & waiting for a city final & this one didn't disappoint.  It looked so fun!  I'm shaking my head that Cory & Mitch are dead last, but at least that annoying ***** Cara isn't in the lead.  With this episode, she officially moved up to one of the top 5 most irritating & sickening cast members ever.  Literally every thing she does & says is contrived & forced.  Always crying or whining or *****ing about something.  I hope after this season she drops off the face of the earth.

As much as I think Jenna & her cousin are boring & have zero personalities, they have proven to be good competitors & are surprising me.  If Cory & Mitch continue this slump, I hope Jenna serves ***** Maria yet another loss.  Can't wait to see the rest of this final play out next week!

Loved the final challenge! But the weight for the guys should have been max 100.

i also loved how it showed (kind of) the city, as oppose to a mountain!

and whats with the promo for next week?

Curious..who are the other 4?

Evan is #1, then CM,  then Camila the troll,  with Tyler & Kenny  rounding out the top 5.

Omfgggg!!! Dylan!!!!

X'D

then Camila the troll

Bahahaha!

I think they have to sleep overnight in that underground.

*** should have shown will be only 30 minutes.. Better than nothing though

Waiting for V123 to explain how Jenna and Brianna shutting out the competition last night wasn't impressive.

Honestly, if Jenna was so "embaaaahrraaaahssed" with hers and Jay's abyssmal performance in last season's final, she should have just picked up the fish guts or w/e they were chugged them herself. How many times do we have to hear about last season? Think about THIS season, girl. You have a partner who listens, you're in much better shape than you were last season, and you knocked out three teams by yourself. Granted, those eliminations were pathetic and two of the girls were much smaller than her, the third having choked/mentally checked out by that point, but still. Three wins is better than zero.

And honestly, I applaud Jamie for being able to deal with all that whining and crying. Goodness gracious Cara was such a pain in the ***. She needs to either buck up or shut the **** up; one of the two.

Mitch and Cory were pleasant as usual.

I still don't see why they split the final into two episodes. They wasted too much time, showing us twelve different clips of Jenna being embarr***ed over last season and fifty-five clips of Cara whining. I'd rather watch the eating challenge!

I think the weights should have been percentage based but other than that I really like how different the final is. The checkpoints remind me a little bit of the old school challenges.

Favorite final since Exes.

I actually like CM but the rest of this list is on point

Really impressed with Brianna tbh. I thought after Larissa she'd be the weakest girl.

Lol at MTV making it seem like Cara couldn't pick up her bag when it was actually Jamie's. People need to realise it's all editing. Just because they didn't air anyone else complaining doesn't mean they didn't. Can't blame the contestants for MTV only showing all their bad sides and not their good.

I feel like people are going to hate whoever is on top. Bananas is despised by many. Ever since Camila became a champion on Exes, people have disliked her. When Paula returned for Rivals 2, people hated her. Laurel's the best and people hate her. Cara Maria's the best on this season, and they hate her. It seems like you have to suck to be liked.

A lot of people were confused with the last episode and thought that that was the final and that Jenna and Brianna won.

Maybe just you

Not true, some people disliked Miss Cara before she was good  Wink

Landon, Rachel, Jordan and CT are all rockstars and I like them all just fine

I still love Camila and Cara

everybody loves Landon? Bananas was a **** on the challenge he won, Paula was hated before rivals 2, Laurel was mean to cara on FA ( and is mean to alot of people) and Cara cheated on her boyfriend this season. It's not because they are good competitors, it's because of their personality.

I do agree if you are constantly in power position  you can get more heat.

I think that's a cop out that people use to deflect. I agree that some people just want to "hate" on people for whatever reason, but all of the people you mentioned have aspects of their personality that could get on someone's nerves. I root for Bananas...I like Bananas...but at the same time I'm not blind to the aspects of his personality that people don't like. Do I think that  some people go overboard and would be bothered by him just sitting there existing? Yes...but at the same time he's still frequently a ****** and does some slimey shit and I can understand some of the dislike.

I don't like Cara Maria. I used to until Exes 1, but now I don't. I think she carries herself poorly on the show, I think she's an attention seeker who pretends not to be, and I think her contrition about what happened with Tom was primarily to reduce the fan backlash, and now that her twitter lemmings are back on her side she's turned it on Abe. I still think she's a good competitor, and probably a nice person, but my dislike doesn't stem from her being "on top". She's lost every season that I've disliked her. She's gone home at the beginning, in the middle, at the end, and lost in the final, but her personality hasn't changed.

i was laughing when Cory was making fun of Cara. couldn't help it. plus it wasn't malicious.
