V123- very intuitive. Even Abe seems done with her at this point (although who really knows). Before he was supporting her on Twitter and now he's straight up calling her out. Girl needs to retire after this challenge. Every season just makes her look more tragic

i think most people do see past it which is why she has very few friends in her real life and none of her relationships on this show go very far. who is she close with out of this show? laurel - we know this girl is deeply flawed as a human being and has issues ***imilating with others toobrandon - way too nice and tolerant. he would get along with Stalin if he were revivedCT - only cool because she knew his brotherjamie - her familyabram - certifiably insane and non existent as of nowjust think about it for a second. this girl has done 9 shows and has little to no social accomplishments to show for it. how many deep friendships have come out of these 9 seasons?  this is an indicator that someting is very wrong with her and people can pick this up and automatically see her as someone they dont want to ***ociate with on any level of depth beyond what they're forced to on the show. shes simply incapable of having relationships with people like a normal person. shes the equivalent of a college graduate that went to a major party school known for frats and sororities and ends up having a facebook and instagram account with 2 or 3 likes per new picture posted and 100 people on the "friends" list or followers. there is just something instinctually REPULSIVE about her that people pick up on in person that is fortunately for her, minimized and not fully appreciated through a channel as limited as TV. she has 10000 admirers that know her from TV on a superficial level but about 3 admirers that have actually interacted with her in person and actually know her. something doesnt add up and i think we know what it is

Wait..She's friends with him? Didn't know that.

She's also friends with Camila, Mark Long and a few more people. Besides, v123, you yourself don't strike me as someone who has many friends and a healthy social life, so I wouldn't take your words as gospel.

looooooool. kill em

Not surprising. Horrid women flock together.

Thankfully, yes.  Her castmates do see what a nutcase she is.   Unfortunately, her idiot fans are blind to how weird she is & still root for her.

People still root for Nany after she told Frank she hoped he dies of AIDS.

We all have flaws.

frank made a comment about her sister injecting heroin which is much worse considering that her sister wasnt even apart of the conversation

at least nany's comment was directed solely towards frank

Are we seriously associating instagram likes with personality flaws?

Cara's annoying asf but there's a difference between a socially awkward person and an overall "REPULSIVE" human being. Laurel is repulsive (see: Big Easy on Cutthroat and Paula on Rivals), Nany is repulsive (if the AIDS comment against Frank is true) and Johnny Bananas wackass is repulsive from every angle. Cara's just your average emotionally codependent twenty-something. You don't have to like her, but she is clearly one of the best females in the current cast. I would say Laurel and Emily (if she hasn't yet retired) are the only ones who can beat her 100%. The whole thing with Abe is irrelevant. He's just as ****** up as she is if not more, but his flaws are celebreated because he's OG and a guy. Yes, Cara has had the best partners you can ask for and still lost multiple times, but everyone neglects to mention how good the competition was on each of those seasons. Kenny, Laurel, Jillian, Pete, Landon, Emily S, Evelyn, Paula (say what you want but she has proven herself), Team Red on Cutthroat, CT, Diem, Bananas, Camilla, etc. Literally the best of the best. If she wants to brag about her elim wins after getting trashed on social media (and probably IRL by people who have made the same mistakes) then so be it. I would brag, too.

She's also friends with Camila, Mark Long and a few more people. Besides, v123, you yourself don't strike me as someone who has many friends and a healthy social life, so I wouldn't take your words as gospel.

and even if i did have zero friends why would it even matter? im making reasonable observations here. the girl simply cant get along with people to save her life. the only expanation is that there is something WRONG with her

thanks for being concerned with my social life anyways though. i do fine when it comes to getting along with people on a superficial level, you know why? because it really isnt that difficult to make chummy with people. you just have to be normal or a good liar. not hard. in caras case shes just not normal in the worst ways

way to miss the point by getting caught up in petty details regarding instagram likes. the point is if you have several opportunities to make friends by being put into multiple social situations but cant seem to be able to then you have a problem. her fanbase/casual viewer to intimate friend ratio is off which shows that her cast mates know things about her that viewers cant catch through the tv screen

awkward repulsive whatever you want to call it doesnt matter. whether its because shes a ***** or annoying or weird or whiny its all the same. she REPELS or turns people away. people prefer to not reach out to make connections with her

abe gets somewhat of a pass because people like that hes an alpha male that holds his spirit intact. hes not an annoying submissive sycophantic attention ***** like cara is. his character is held in good spirits by MANY of his former cast mates. there are things that are wrong with him but in the RIGHT ways. gender has nothing to do with this at all and its weird that you would even think so

and she didnt lose in the past because she was competing against the best. she lost because she simply wasnt that good. shes a great competitor today but she wasnt always this way until free agents and unlike anyone else on this show she has to train and obsess like a miserable neurotic ***** to get these type of results that most people dont care enough to get because they all know its a reality TV show and not an ESPN show. the elimination chart is pathetic because it shows how important this is to her. she probably spends 24 hours a day thinking about how she can be better at the challenges

and say what you want about nany and bananas but they are generally well liked by people that are actually in their presence. cara's likability on the other hand is something thats only a part of TV fantasy land and clearly not something that exists in real time

Thankfully, yes.  Her castmates do see what a nutcase she is.   Unfortunately, her idiot fans are blind to how weird she is & still root for her.

in some ways i almost feel like its for the best because you can see how seriously she takes all of this. if shes not training for the next challenge then shes tweeting about it or drafting charts about her elimination rounds or formspring answering questions about the challenge. this tv show is literally her entire being and it makes sense that she has some fans that will support her in this ambitious endeavor that she has going on in a life thats otherwise depleted of any genuine hobbies or aspirations. maybe its for the better that the truth and reality of their fake and romanticized cara character never be revealed for how unattractive it really is behind the make up. depression is already at an all time high in america

She's also friends with Camila, Mark Long and a few more people. Besides, v123, you yourself don't strike me as someone who has many friends and a healthy social life, so I wouldn't take your words as gospel.

He definetely projects his self-hatred onto these cast members.

oh look heres the sideline ho richjoe crawling back out of his jenna induced seamen soaked pillow fortress from the back of his shanky trailer after having licked his wounds from our last encounter. still grudgingly festered and bitter because i dont validate your favorite cast members? there are plenty of cast members i do like. theyre just not named cara or jenna. i just dont care for the cast members that are try-hard, mediocre, attention ***** mongering, homely, socially awkward, adulterous, non personality having, nasal voiced, fake, emotionally/mentally stifled, failed models. i dont like those traits in cast members because i dont identify with those things the way you do.

i know u adore me and all and cant stop trying to diagnose me with your community college psychology degree but really though, try sticking to the topic at hand for the sake of the mods

she probably spends 24 hours a day thinking about how she can be better at the challenges

I highly doubt the rest of the main cast is different. Bananas, Nany, Aneesa, Leroy, etc. They're all obsessesed with the challenge, and with the exception of Leroy, they all ***** and complain when sent into an elimination. In any case, I don't even like Cara, but to single her out with regards to this, is a little ridiculous. I'm sure even you can admit that. Yes, she's a neurotic **************, but I wouldn't equate the number of challenge friends she has to how likable (or unlikable) she is in real life. The girl trains horses for crying out loud; she probably isn't even used to being around people in general, let alone on tv. As for the way cast members talk about her on the show, it seems to me they're just following her storyline. Cara's annoying, blah, blah, blah, she whines too much, why is she my partner, camera time, blah, blah. The same can be said of Nany. People stay calling her a **** because it's easy and brainless.

I always seem to root for Theresa, but I would say she fits the role of emotionally unintelligent ************** better than Cara. People don't just find her annoying; they straight up want her to fail.

Look how drastically Cara has changed since she started doing these shows I think most of her workouts is to better herself for the challenge. She even posted videos of her practicing swimming to get better for the show. The only other person that MAY be similar is Bananas. Everyone else you mentioned is much different especially Nany who just smokes and drinks and hops onto the show with little training. Wouldn't be surprised if Aneesa is the same.

How John is even a "Maybe" is beyond me. He is 1,000 times worse than Cara Maria; he apparently cannot breathe without this show. CM might whine on Twitter about not being cast, but she has NEVER taken it as far as writing letters & calling BMP angrily complaining about not being on one season on top of complaining on Twitter.

as kchallenge said, cara puts in more work than everybody combined on that list except for probably bananas. cara has stated on an aftershow that she purposely practices trivia OUTSIDE OF THE SHOW just to prepare for the trivia missions. now that is sad =/. nany and aneesa may take the game seriousy but tehres no way they do that

cara definitely requires the most maintenance and upkeep by far compared to similarly leveled competitors like sarah, theresa, camila, laurel. sarah rock climbs and does a marathon here and there. theresa runs on a treadmill casually and maybe picked up a few weights before agents and exes 2. camila and laurel are similar and dont do much beyond what a basic metropolis living vanity concerned stacy wanting to look pretty would do in the gym to attract males. cara's routine is olympic-level time and life consuming comparatively

im apathetic towards theresa's personality but i wouldnt call her emotionally unintelligent or attention ******* at all. she hardly ever posts or talks about the challenge once shes off the show and from what i can tell she is normal around others and pretty adored by cast mates outside of the political and competitive scheme where people may start accusing her of being shady. a lot of cast mates call her goofy, silly, fun, sweet, etc. even though many of them dont like her anymore because of game related issues which would be totally moot in a purely social context. people want to be around her in a social scenario unlike in cara's case where so many people have called her weird and basically describe her as an otherwordly martian from another planet that tries but fails so hard in passing off as a human. nobody would want to invite cara to be a party because she would make herself and everyone around her uncomfortable

i mean i guess you can chalk it up to her training horses as the reason she doesnt make connections with human beings but then we are starting to talk abot why now which is cool with me because it indirectly supports what i was saying regarding her inability to get to establish human relations

the ****? That's a relevant issue so your point?

What is relevant? you really think cara is faking it? around family accents kidn of bind together it happens, italian families are a great example.  Aneesa freaks the F out if anyone calls her out for anythign and for discrimination but yet she is calling cara out for faking a boston accent? ok. yea that makes ense. i am nto a huge cara fan, but this is dumb. Aneesa hates cara, and just needed a reason to attack her, end of story. she looks bad.

I agree. Accents are not constant. My siblings that were raised in New York City are proof of this and I have seen it every time we meet with one another. My older brother has live in New York for over 20 years and he doesn't have the slightest trace of a New York City accent in any way. However my older sister absolutely have one however when she lived away from NYC for a little while the accent disappeared but came back as soon as she moved home again. Aneesa was just being petty.

and no i don't believe accents are constant to that poste that asked me that shit.

And Cynic you're right she was being very very petty

Yep. He really did that shit. I really wish BMP/MTV blacklisted him after that. ******* loser.

I love how Jenna has outperformed Cara Maria in the last 3 challenges lol

If Cara practices trivia and STILL didn't get that Turkey spanned Europe and Asia then she might be one of the dumbest people in challenge history (think dumber than we think Jenna is). Either that or the majority of Americans are as dumb as the rest of the world gives us credit for, which is a huge blow to humanity. I mean not everyone needs to have their Masters, but still.
