Okay Debut CHILL. I like this show for the challenges but the cast itself is pretty bland. At least on Season 3 they all did the same thing . Every episode felt like deja vu. They'd party hard, get drunk, play beer pong, and get into a small drunken fight. That's the same thing people complain about when watching modern seasons of the Real World but ******* Island is x5 worse when it comes to repetitive drunken arguments. There was no real storyline to follow except for the domination of Cody & his partner, and Margaret being an underdog. I found myself wanting to skip a lot of segments and just watch the challenges and eliminations. I only liked Margaret. Like literally everyone else was so annoying to me or too irrelevant for me to have an opinion on.
lol Lurker, I swear by episode 5 or 6 a couple of people are gonna show up in the confessionals and you're gonna be like "who the **** is that?". There were so many underedited people it was ridiculous.

What do you mean chill? I honestly think it is a better watch than the challenge. Mainly because the drunk partying is actually fun to watch here. And on top of that the show as a whole doesn't seem to take itself too seriously which is refreshing giving the oh-so serious landscape of the challenges. Noone on the cast seem like unlikable ********* which is good. The missions aren't all that extreme either. This show has it's flaws like you pointed out but it's still a fun ride though IMO.

yes at reverse tug of war being back! I know Steve liked it cause he used it on broken skull. I wonder if he reused any other challenges from there.

The Premiere was last night! It was very entertaining! The 1st pit was very nail biting! It was a good physical one! One of the rookies girls will impress the **** out of you! Also it's fresh meat styled partners!
Just watched the first episode. I am really liking this season. With the inclusion of vets, I feel like it's more centered on the game than partying and drinking like last time.
I don't have anyone to root for yet but I'm hoping Margaret sticks around for a while because she makes a great villain.
Im also happy the eliminations are still individual. It's cool that we could potentially see an all vet or all rookie team.
In true ******* island fashion one person gets a million confessionals before others are even shown.

There really is no character development, even an episode in. I really dislike that aspect.
