Is the Boy worth seeing?
it depends on personal taste really. I mean I liked it but I also like Dead Silence while hating Annabelle.
I loved Dead Silence, so i will probably give it a go.
I was LIVID when they decided not to do a Dead Silence 2 that movie there had/has HUGE potential.
....to be a complete disaster ! The first Dead Silence wasn't even good so idk why some of you want a sequel...a sequel for what ? more goofy jump scares ? go watch Annabelle for that shit.

oh shit I forgot to pick up Straifght Outta COmpton and The Gallows from WalMart
I liked the ending to Dead Silence idc what y'all say.
You mean that failed attempt of the movie trying to act smart by throwing that so called "twist" at the end ? I liked it too, until I thought about 10 seconds later and realised that IT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE.
Really getting into college/campus/coming-of-age movies right now!! Just watched Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, and St. Elmo's Fire... loved all of them!!! Other movies in the genre that I like are The Social Network, 21, Old School, and Animal House. If you guys have any recommendations, i'd love to hear them!
I don't know about College/ Campus films. However, I went through a huge Coming-of-Age movie phase. Perks of being a Wallflower, It's Kind of a Funny Story, Whip It, Breakfast Club, The Art of Getting By, and Boyhood are all my faves <3
I just went through an LGBT movie phase. Now I'm on Arthouse films, hence my Lars Von Trier film watching.

Seen those ones but still need to check out the last two... Boyhood has just never interested me despite all the awards it got haha
btw if you like The Breakfast Club then I suggest St. Elmo's Fire since they both feature the brat pack haha... its a coming of age movie about a group of recent college graduates trying to make something of themselves in the year that follows.

I liked Boyhood. The hype wasn't all that. I love Richard Linklater movies though. The "Before" trilogy, with Before Sunset being the best, are my favorite.
Yeah, I never watch Elmo St. Fire. Need to check that out. I also wanted to watch The Big Chill. The 80's movie about college friends getting together after one of them passes away. That story always interested me.

I watched all of them, yes of course, duh. I just don't think they are as good as everybody says that they are.
Where at? I didn't know yall get our movies so soon. That's cool
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3882082/releaseinfo?ref_=tt_dt_dt#releasesseems like my country was before you tho Estonia. I was not that scared tbh, and I am afraid of everything. Few things were jumpy, I liked twist but kinda left me with questions. Not my favorite.
I hate movies that leave more questions than answers so I feel you on that.
And shame on the USA releasing it in Estonia before us, jk
Saw the movie the Boy tonight. Was better than I thought it would be thanks to the twist towards the end of the movie.
Does the twist actually make sense ? Or is it just for show ?
The twist definitely makes sense & will explain why certain things were happening in the house. My only problem was the movie was to slow paced until the end.

Dead Silence was boring asf

Let's just say it was better than the Drag Me To Hell *** twist The Forest went with.
