I don't think that some of the bloodlines have been "standouts" so far but I do think some of them should still be asked back. When I think about Fresh Meat in my opinion Diem and Kenny weren't standouts. Not a lot of camera time. But they got another chance and became big parts of the show. I think that Mitch, Brianna, Raphy, Nicole, and Jill should be asked back in the future. Maybe even Rianna.

Pretty sure he did say its last mission together or something. I even remember when they were leaving from that standing place where TJ told winners, Jenna said she is not too happy about being paired up with Brianna again because that means they are one of the weaker team there.

They did know. At the end of the mission TJ announced it was their last one as teams and that they would be reuniting with their bloodlines (Jenna did a confessional at this point about how she's not 100% happy about reuniting with Bri). Then later on when they voted and TJ asked Bri who she was voting for, he followed up by asking her if she was aware they were going back to pairs and she said yes. They definitely knew.
