Watching that clip, I didn't get the impression that Cara was scared of Abe, it actually looked like she was enjoying his freak out. Either turned on by it or enjoying the pain she has caused him. All I know is, I can't wait for tonight!

Its been since the Gauntlet 3 that he's gone by something other than "John". He became Johnny Bananas after that, or just Johnny. Then he became strictly Bananas after that. People make a big deal out of it because it's been years since someone has called him John, it's out of the ordinary and the fact that Abram does is on purpose makes it humorous.
And using CT as an example isn't very wise because the only people who have ever called him Chris on a regular basis are Adam, who has known him the longest, and Diem who knew him as something far more than anybody ever has. Coral and a few others have referred to him as Chris too, but again, only if they've known him a long time. People in real life refer to him as Chris too, so again, it's strange to hear because he's always been known as "CT".
