Highly doubt they will cut him out, he have a big storyline this season with the whole mormon thing and even travel to his hometown with Kailah. Plus, him/Jenna didnt saw eye to eye than once with the whole mormon thing and they were opposites.
Again wtf does that have to do with anything. Nobody is perfect especially not lawyers.
Of course lawyers aren't perfect but be realistic. How would you feel if you found out a lawyer representing you beat someone up on a reality show? Most people would be concerned.
Not to mention that in order to be admitted to the bar association every lawyer in spe must be determined to be of good moral character. It's a very extensive background check and past history such as employment history, criminal history, ever having been arrested, participation in a physical fight, especially one on a trashy reality show, will be taken into consideration. The fact that she's not remorseful about it and expressed it on social media, can be a bigger problem.
