Heavy Hitters was a twist on The Challenge Cutthroat. CT and Tina were brought to Czech Rep. to compete against Bananas/Tyler and Theresa/Tori. Right there Bananas was humiliated by CT and got that nickname of Backpack.

It happened once on Cutthroat, they brought C.T and Tina as Heavy Hitters during the Johnny/Tyler and Tori/Theresa elimination , instead of being the later versus each other they each had to go against the heavy hitter and the one with the best time got to stay.
