why do people diss on Real World DC so much?? That was honestly the last season of the RW where the primary focus wasn't on hooking up, partying, drinking, petty fights, etc.
it can be argued that St. Thomas wasn't either, but that Season is incredibly forgettable.
DC had great characters in Ashley, Erika, Andrew, and even Mike, but it fell short somewhere along the way. St Thomas would have been a great season had it been in another location. Or if Brandon and Swift had been dropped for Witty and I.
D.C. had one of the best real world cast in my opinion. Still bitter we never got to see Ashley L. or her paired with Erika for a rivals. Mike would have been amazing to see as well. I think Ashley could have brought a lot to the challenges and I see her being a Veronica/Susie type player.

Because they lack common sense. DC went so hard to me but it should've longer/stretched. Now subsequent wise we barely see it referenced with the cast members mostly Ty and Emily. And I don't get the Mike love though he was boring and should've put Ashley in her place for getting into his private life.

Sylvia was horrible on RW: Skeletons in the episode when she jumped into Madison and Violetta's fight. Even her apology to Madison was BS because she started off saying "I don't feel like I should apologize but I'm going to anyway". Lol I would've walked right away if someone said that to me.

Yes. And the fact MTV will show her chokeholding Madison but not Jason pushing Nicole is BS. Also for the fact Sylvia "can't agree with Jason picking up a girl" but feels justified for being physically violent on someone just for the defense of her friend is grimy and hypocritical. I give Madison all the gratitude for still being friends with Sylvia. I for sure would have gotten payback.

Mike was a wonderful character. He endured through his journey and stance on homosexual rights and did so wonderful fashion. Honestly I don't think he was 'boring' at all.

Brooklyn was SUCH a good season. I didn't like Katelynn though, and I REALLY didn't like Sarah, but Devyn was QUEEN of Brooklyn. And Baya stayed in her own lane during that whole shitshow and that i respect her for.
