I think the main problem with mansions/houses is that for the most part, they're located in residential areas (see San Diego 2 for an example, but subverted with New Orleans 2), yet a loft would allow them to be in the heart of the city.
This is random, but why is it that on BGC they get to live in big mansions and the RW cast get to live in lofts and things like that?
The Real World is supposed to mirror a real life living situation even though most people wouldn't be caught dead with Ikea furniture while BGC is supposed to be this exclusive club filled with the baddest women in America, so it's supposed to be really glamorous , hence why there photo shoots are never in regular clothes like The Real World.
I don't know where you live, but most college-age kids buy Ikea furniture. I used to have them when I first started living on my own. To this day Ikea stores are one of my favorite things. I am helping a friend of mine furnish his daugther's bedroom just so I can go to Ikea with him. Their food is great.

but with NOLA 2 they were still able to interact with the city and etc. also if you realize in San Diego 2 and NOLA 2 those two seasons had their own personal van.
so if they put the 31st season cast in a mansion it would be best if they would give them a Van.
And **** at Cancun bein mostly white exlcuding like Derek/Ayiiiya/Jasmine and Jonna that season shouldve been so much better. All the other guys sucked.

The Real World has lived in mansions before so I don't understand the repeated use of lofts from these recent seasons.
If they go to Atlanta they really won't have a choice but to have it in a house. I'm sure there are lofts to use but why not used one of the many foreclosed mansions?
Also, for Nphresh24 what's wrong with Ikea furniture? Lol I've never been in one of the stores or own any of it. I think the closest one to where I live is in Charlotte.
well for one you gotta put the ************* shit together yourself.
why do people diss on Real World DC so much?? That was honestly the last season of the RW where the primary focus wasn't on hooking up, partying, drinking, petty fights, etc.
it can be argued that St. Thomas wasn't either, but that Season is incredibly forgettable.

DC had great characters in Ashley, Erika, Andrew, and even Mike, but it fell short somewhere along the way.
St Thomas would have been a great season had it been in another location. Or if Brandon and Swift had been dropped for Witty and I.
This would be my ideal style home if they filmed in Atlanta. This is what most mansions look like here.

Brooke is amazing lol. Cannot handle her the night she destroyed all of Davis' shit.
She was a great casting choice and omg! I can't wait until I get to that episode again hahah
That look like a regular house
The picture above would be your average five bedroom mansion inBuckhead. I don't think it needs to be super huge.
Here's another if they decided to go big though.

That one looks much better.

Yea it fits 7 people wayyy better, but it look too classy for RW imo.

my bad. I just re-read my shit, lol

"If I can't even talk normally......god, i hate this place."
Those are our Atlanta mansions.
I think a regular house is better. The NOLA 2 house was ******* dope.

The real world sydney was amazing. It was so goood seeing this again. Team Parisa. I had no idea Alex stunk and that Shauvon initially hated Parisa.
My female favorites (and main favorite) of each season never end up doing a lot of challenges
Austin- Melinda (4 challenges)
Key West- Svetlana (1 challenge)
Denver- Brooke (2 challenges)
Sydney- Trisha and Parisa (0 challenges, whyyyy :'(
Hollywood- Brianna (1 challenge)
Brooklyn- Devyn (2 challenges)
Cancun- Jonna (6 challenges, my only exception but she should have stopped around 4 or 5)
D.C.- Ashley L (0 challenges, the most tragic lost to the franchise...)
NOLA 2- McKenzie (1 challenge)
Vegas 2- Cooke (1 challenge)
San Diego 2- Priscilla (1 challenge) but tbr this female cast sucked so bad....ZZZZZzzzzzzzz
St. Thomas- Marie (1 challenge)
Portland females are represented well.
ExPlosion- Jenny (0 challenges, and probably won't do any :'(
For me it's similar. From the seasons I watched and liked:
Boston - Genesis (2 challenges)
B2NY - Coral (6 challenges, exception)
Paris - Leah (1 challenge)
Philadelphia - Sarah (0 challenges)
Denver - Colie (2 challenges)
Sydney - Parisa (0 challenges)
Hollywood - Brianna (1 challenge)
Brooklyn - Baya (0 challenges) and Katelynn (2 challenges)
Cancun - Ayiiiia (1 challenge)
NOLA 2 - McKenzie (1 challenge)
Vegas 2 - Mike (1 challenge)
San Diego 2 - Alex (0 challenges)
Hollywood: Sarah
Cancun: Jonna
DC: Ashley
NOLA: Jemmye
Las Vegas: Heather (though she did act like a hypcorite at times)
San Diego: Sam (she a cool chick)
St. Thomas: Marie
Portland: Avery
Ex-Plosion: Jenny (also a hypocrite at times, but her spunk was awesome)
Skeletons: Madison
Thoughts on Chicago episode 1:
Aneesa and Theo's birthday is 9/11...wow and how ironic it happened during their filming too.
Theo is not as sexy as I thought he was in 2002....aka Man Crushed Wednesday
And yes for people thinking Genesis was sexy. Thought I was the only one. And Parisa and Trisha fought over Alex despite him being/smelling funky.
Sexy for me:
Parisa
My favorite RW guys of the new era usually don't appear or do that many challenges either.
RW: Hollywood - Greg (0 challenges/he would've been an awesome villain. Imagine him on The Ruins with JEK)
RW: Brooklyn - Ryan C. (0 challenges/wish he did at least one. I think he had potential.)
RW: Cancun - Bronne (0 challenges/he would've been one of those hilarious competitors that don't take things too seriously)
RW: D.C. - Mike (0 challenges/had potential)
RW: NOLA 2 - Ryan L. (0 challenges/would've been TV GOLD)
RW: Vegas 2 - Adam R. (1 challenge/should've been on Exes with Nany! He is the most entertaining guy from his season.)
RW: Ex-Plosion - Brian (0 challenges/still hope he has a chance to make his debut soon)
Somebody who loved Katelynn too??! Devyn is always my number one, but I loved Katelynn.
I just loved Brooklyn as whole, hahaha!
Katelynn is Queen.
Devyn/Katellyn>>>>>Sarah
