Vote offs are lame eliminations are far superior. This format is garbage. It is the second worst ever. I'd almost rather just have another pair challenge.

both are good, but The Challenge is an elimination show, so having cast members being eliminated without going into elimination is kind of odd. I can't imagine casual fans liking it - I think it's kind of why The Island didn't work .
NOW it is but once upon a time it wasn't that. To me it's kind of a good way of bringing back those days all the while keeping eliminations. For the alumni it's really gonna depend on if they brought a bloodline that's going to be worth a shit in competition. Another form of strategy really.
And there were several reasons why The Island didn't work but I won't get into that here.

Brittany was ******* annoying as shit and added nothing that any other female FROM REAL WORLD couldn't add. She shouldn't be asked back and BMP should realize that AYTO on the challenges is not happening.
I think after this season they'll be done with AYTO...at least it would be the smart thing to do. I see season 3 flopping harder than season 2 did; I also think either season 3 or 4 will be the last. In retrospect, it was very stupid to add what will probably be a very short-term show, only to then add 14 other new people (I'm sure Bloodlines has BEEN something they were thinking about & was in the works for the future; V1Man just reminded them).
AYTO people just don't belong on The Challenge. The four last season didn't really make an impact and 95% of the reaction to them coming onto the show was negative. RW/RR cast members deserve their spots over these AYTO people.

Emilee and her adoptive sisters storyline would draw viewers in more so than the flop show that was AYTO2. I can understand if they cast Shanley instead but she was shafted....
