Basically the casting director is trying to recruit people one social media who are good looking and who are models or singers. It's bad because this is the type of shit that has been ruining the show for the last few seasons.

Witty and I both tried out for St Thomas but got the boot because of the age requirement change.

I personally never applied again. Because I don't even care about Real World anymore.
Yea I did Vegas 2, St T, Portland, and Ex-plosion. It was very fun, but I knew I'd never get cast because I don't model. So I gave up and I'm glad, because the destruction of this show is too much to watch. I did kind of like skeletons tho.

Ex-Plosion had an overall more likeable cast. the only people i couldn't stand on that Season were Cory and Thomas.
Skeletons however had better character development and perhaps one of the few seasons where there was no wallpaper cast member.
I disagree. I liked the skeleton cast better, explosion had better drama though. I mean on Explosion the people I remember a year later is ashley(who left Ep 3) Cory and brain (Couldn't tell them apart), Jenna/jay (don't get me started) Jenny (ok), joi who I liked

I hate to say it, but Brian would probably destroy Bruno.
I think Skeletons was the better season because there was drama between the 7 that carried on through the end of the season. With Ex-plosion after Ashley left they pretty much all got along until the exes came and then the Exes really had a hand in carrying the season from then on. The Twist really helped that season whearas Skeletons didn't really need their twist.
I just realized... Skeletons had 5/7 minorities. And that season didn't need a twist tbh, makes you wonder how great the show could be if they stopped casting straight white ppl as the majority

Do any of you know if Baton Rouge august 15th will be that last casting call? Or better yet if there will be anymore near Cali area? I really want to go to one but have had lots of work stuff and am willing to fly out there but would prefer not to.. Lot of money for a 1 in a million shot..

I understand that, which is why I am curious if anyone has any information as to more calls I would love to hear it. Especially this late into the process I see myself getting swept under the rug. Thanks for the input though and hey you never know that could come off as good crazy or I guess crazy thirsty.

As someone who briefly considered flying to Albuquerque for a casting call, I concur. Unless you already have reason to be in BR and are combining the trip.
Personally, based on cast and drama I thought Skeletons was much better than Explosion. I felt that Tony, Madison, Sylvia, Violetta and somewhat Bruno were dominant personalities. Then you had Jason and Nicole who I liked the least out of the 7 but they still brought drama especially with each other. I don't think the Skeletons were needed at all but Alicia, Alyssa, Elizabeth, Briah and even Shane (who wasn't a Skeleton) added something to the show.
Now Explosion, I didn't find anyone but Jenny to be likeable. Arielle was ok but she was kind of boring and so was Ashley C. Ashley M was entertaining (obnoxious) but only on for 3 episodes. Cory and Lauren, eh, I wasn't a fan of either but Cory was ok I guess. Thomas and Hailey were blah. Jamie I liked in the beginning and then disliked towards the end. I did like Jenny and Brian and their dynamic. Jay and Jenna, do I even need to comment about them?
