The Challenge: Unpopular Opinions

I agree with Brad being shady 100%. But when was he shady at Inferno 2? All I can recall is Duel 2, Ruins, and Cutthroat.

How was he shady in Duel 2? I can't recall right now

heres an unpopular opinion: unlike everyone else i wasnt impressed with derrick k at the end of riot shield on cutthroat. in fact i thought he was stupid for jeopardizing his body and expending extra energy that couldve been directed towards his elimination round. if he really wanted to maximize his chances of winning he shoudlve went into turbo mode in the beginning when he still had a chance to with with luke and abe on his side but that wasnt the motive of his maneuever. he wanted to look like a bad *** on tv so i guess in a sense it was a smart move because he got the spot light and attention that he was starving for

another unpopular opinion: brad is shady and always has been shady since inferno 2. his shadiness wasnt born during cutthroat, it was just revealed

ALWAYS.

And Derrick has always been on the mentally slow side of things so conserving energy probably didn't even cross his mind.

With that whole cross alliance ordeal on The Gauntlet 2 and his deal with the champions on The Ruins I do fully believe that Brad was shady as hell. It was just never shown.

Brad was soooooo dramatic LOL I was cracking up when he was like "I FEEL VIOLATED! I FEEL VERY VIOLATED!" when he was being accused of starting an alliance with Cara and Susie. I couldn't take him seriously.

Not only does he do these secret alliances, he also has no problem throwing the other person under the bus if word gets out about it. He let Cara get all the blame on Gauntlet 2 & also sabotaged any chance of the Challenger team winning. Plus him on Gauntlet 3 acting like he was on Eric's side but was talking shit about him to everybody else once the cameras cut off. Fake as hell.

He was?! Wow, I had no idea. I thought he was actually being genuine about Eric.

I'm not even surprised by this given that Brad really wanted to win one of these shows badly back then.

I think Brad his a great guy. I loved him since San Diego. Only season I had issues with him was on Cutthroat because of how he treated Camila and how dumb he ran that team. I mean they still won but I didn't appreciate the way he played the game. Still a fan though.

the fact that he and Tori  won still bugs me. I wish someone else had picked Brad so they would of been on opposing teams.

The reason Dustin won the swimming mission has much more yo do with the fact trashelle has drove ATVs before. She knew what to do you honesty think Chet or devyn have ?

I know I wish they were on opposite teams too. It would have been funny to see Tori on Blue because Bananas wouldn't have put up with her shit.

i was thinking same thing. honestly Frank is probably a better swimmer than Dustin (he outswam Wes/CT on Rivals 2 but was held back by Backpack)

but Ashley F***** up BIG TIME driving the ATV.

It's really not that hard to drive ATVs Ashley was just a idiot and messed it up. Chet nor Devyn screwed that up you don't have to have a ton of experience just to drive an ATV for 10 feet. Dustin may not be great but at least give him credit where its due.

I am hopping on the Darrell is overrated bandwagon.

I think Darrell is a good competitor he just really only competes when his *** is on the line. Like on the Inferno 2.

I was never a fan of Kina. I thought her reactions were always over the top, especially when she lost to Svetlana in The Duel.

Well that just does it Justin. We have to break up.

Haha sorry, I just never rooted for her on any of the challenges she competed in! She was a good player but I didn't like her personality!

Her over the top behavior did crack me up at times though like when she said "BETH IS A MANIPULATIVE PSYCHO!" on The Duel lmao Kina was so threatened

Yea the duel wasn't exactly her best showing, but on Viewer's Revenge tho

"DONT SMACK ME IN THE FACE, *****!"

Her voice got all deep, I legit moved back a little when she said it.

Well then what about Inferno 1 and Ruins??

Ill join ya

Well there was incentive on The Ruins.

Darrell wasn't even a big dude & he still kicked *** when he needed to. He basically played Leroy's game except a tad big more aggressive & not being up somebody's ***.

Since his last show, he's only gotten in better shape & put on more muscle.

You could even say he was the original Leroy.

Or Leroy is the New Darrell...

Pretty much....very seldom is the replacement better than the original.

I wonder if he has gotten better at puzzles. Imagine if his female partner was on bloodlines, they would have killed it.

He probably did well there since he didn't want to get sent in and no one else on the other team would want to go against him.

Darrell is a great competitor and I don't get why people say he's overrated. I don't buy it at all. Also, I disagree that Leroy is the new Darrell. Darrell would never get himself sent in unless he wanted to (except for FM2). Leroy gets screwed constantly and in terms of voting.

Darrell is a better version of Leroy. Darrell has a backbone Leroy blindly trusts his allies and Darrell doesn't listin to BS.
As a competitor Darrell is probably stronger but Leroy has no fear of heights like Darrell would struggle with the rope mission on exes 2

I can't believe you guys are even comparing darrell and Leroy ... Leroy is not even close to Darrell.

Darrell has a bunch of wins under his belt but he was never individually a standout competitor.  There were always people on his team that were better than him.

On Gauntlet I he was outshined but Abram, Adam and Theo.  On Inferno I he was outshined by Timmy and Abram.
