Its not really a job, it says that he is the owner of that fitness place. I also heard he had something else by another cast member, but I havent found anything online. He is not as idiotic and "job less" as some users think.
Makes sense, since he trains year round for the challenge. He might as well use his celebrity to train other people and earn some money in the process.
At the same time he might just be treating that as an investment.
But honestly I don't want rivals either. There aren't any legit rivalries to make that theme work. Besides as been stated people realize that they gotta work together in order to get anywhere in the game so there aren't any inward struggles within teams.

And have you considered that maybe alot the others maybe weren't as close with Diem and maybe don't feel the need to do what Backpack has done for her or maybe contribute in they're own ways.

The show doesn't make you into anything. People on this show choose to act the way they do so that's on them. And have you considered that maybe alot the others maybe weren't as close with Diem and maybe don't feel the need to do what Backpack has done for her or maybe contribute in they're own ways.
Word. El backback de Bananas has been doing these shows much longer than 98%, besides Aneesa and CT. All three have a lengthy amount of time knowing Diem. And given her appearance in Rivals 2, not many of the girls were fans of her. They probably showed love out of respect, but they don't have to contribute if they don't want to. Bananas can be a shit head outside the show, but he's still human. Shit heads care for people too ya know.

Also I'm still super mad we won't be seeing any eliminations between Camilla, Nany, Aneesa, Cara and KellyAnne but instead have to watch these vets go against random nobodies all season long. Sigh. There were so many amazing vet v.s. vet eliminations that could have happened.

I do also watch sports And I look for athleticism in a show like this because I can usually find it. I became a much bigger fan of the show when it became more athletically/physically intense (less of the obstacle course-type team missions from back in the day and the advent of two-day finals). So yeah, I have come to expect that and prefer it.
