If you put in a team 2 guys that like to be in charge and in control (alpha males) there is a high possibility of them not getting along.

my suspicion is that it had something to do with the explosion cast. For one Thomas doesn't like nany, and I don't know how Cory feels about her but he follows her and Jenna supposedly caused drama so it might be the nany meltdown. The explosion gang prolly voted her in or something but there's definitely more to it than that
