I think they are doing what Oxygen is doing with Bad Girls Club which is take a break so we forget about the last few shitty seasons and then they'll air a new season in 2016. Myabe they want us to forget the twists and return to the old format.

We all know the twists were never needed had the casting department looked for more than abs and breasts.

I think for Ex-plosion the twist was needed mainly because the show in general wasn't doing so hot and it had to do something new to get people's attention and it payed off.  Also after Ashley left the cast was getting along and they would've probably stayed that way had the exes not came. It all resulted in a good season IMO.

Now with Skeletons..I don't think that season needed the twist because there was enough drama between the 7 roomates that a twist wasn't needed. Although it did add some good entertainment and dynamics though.

Had they executed the skeleton twist it would have been cooler , I think all the skeletons should have had one on one with their roommate before meeting up with the rest of the cast. I also think Violetta should have gotten two separate surprises cause they took away from each other (Jessica and Ang).

Tia her name is Tia

LOL

Does anyone else feel like this show won't get renewed? They got it to 30 seasons and there really isn't much else they can do with it now. I think they might focus on The Challenge going forward.

Actually there is plenty more the can do. Just look at boring *** Survivor and SNL.

Never insult Survivor!! Lol yeah it has been going on for a long time, but at least 4/6 seasons (Philippines, Blood vs Water, Cagayan, and San Juan Del Sur) have been good.

SPOT ON.

I recently got caught up to episode 7 on RW: Back To Las Vegas... Adam Royer is a definition of a hypocrypt. He be callin his girlfriend back home telling her don't party or text any guys and doesn't let her have her freedom. But hes the one who goes around having *** with strangers and being crazy/partying his *** off smh.. Hes a ****!.. but hes very entertaining to watch lol

Just so I can rub it in your face I just picked up Inside Out The Real World reunion with seasons 1-4

A while back I told you guys I was gonna send a letter to VH1 about The Real World but I decided not to do that. I sent a letter to Susanne Daniels instead and I just sent it off today. I don't know how much good it's gonna do but I just wanted to let you guys know.

Well the Bad Girls Club teaser was released today and it looks like the break they took between seasons paid off so let's hope that works for The Real World as well!

I just hope we get renewed soon.

I feel like we'll hear something in  the fall once The Challenge is done filming or get's a premiere date.

a friend of mine applied to be on RW and BM called her today to say they weren't currently casting but asked if she'd be interested in applying for BGC instead ****

******** omg wow!!!!

BMP and MTV are run by a collective unit of airheads dressed in business attire.
The reason this show and the challenge are on decline is the combination of repetitive MTV programming. 7 straight hours of Ridiculousness is literally Ridiculousness. After Vegas, BMP simply lost searching for substance in casting roommates and looking for diversity + dynamic personalities. Skeletons is the first season in awhile where for the most part, every castmate fought with each other. Lawddd, I think I could have saved this franchise had I been in their positions

I feel the exact same way. They play re-runs of Teen Mom, and Ridiculousness all the freaking time. But a show that started a phenomenom can't even get an ounce of respect. If you ask me the people at MTV and BMP are just twisted.

If they just kept this structure it would be all good

Spring Challenge

Spring-Summer Real World

Summer-Fall Challenge

I'd Rather them do it like they did it before. Rw Seasons/Challenge in the Spring then RW Season/Challenge in the fall/winter.

I would want that if they could actually cast a good group of 7 each time , which has been been next to impossible for the past few seasons.

I think they got it right with Ex-plosion and Skeletons.

But St Thomas and Portland were lacking though despite those two groups being good for challenges.

I loved RW: Portland. I thought the cast was great. I just wish they would've shown more bonding moments.

I actually haven't even watched most of Back to San Diego because it was just so terrible. Airing that season right after Back to Las Vegas was such a bad move. I think it's interesting how the first episode of Back to San Diego received great ratings (1.94 M) because it was coming right after a highly successful season. Then ratings went downhill from there, which resulted in St. Thomas and Portland getting low ratings. It's such a shame because Back to Las Vegas brought The Real World back to life but Back to San Diego pretty much destroyed it lol

When you got Frank and Zach's annoying *** and the rest of the boring people from their season, it's just not that hard to destroy.

True. The sad thing is that I didn't find anyone on the cast likable other than Alexandra. Frank and Zach were annoying as ****. I felt like they tried to air Frank as the roommate you loved to hate but he completely failed to be an entertaining villain like Greg, Ryan L. and Adam R. The drama those three caused were interesting, Frank's drama was annoying and unbearable to watch.

Portland had a very good cast, it just was the editors that made the season seem so negative with them arguing every episode and fighting which honestly for me destroyed the season (but I still live for that Nia and Averey brawl).

The season was just one big build up to one BIG shit show.

Yes. Exactly. I still feel like Nate and Priscilla could very well be the more tolerable of the seven, and that's why I was kinda excited to see Priscilla again for the 27th season of the Challenge, but oh well.

Lets not get it twisted. No one can one up on those three. They're the Kings.

The sad thing is that I didn't find anyone on the cast likable other than Alexandra.

Truth. Alex is someone who deserved a better cast. She's a great human being, she's funny, and is full of personality that we didn't get to see. I would love to see her on a Challenge.

I had an idea for a twist which would require mtv to pull some strings but is a good idea in theory - have their surprise guests be famous people they are huge fans of. Perhaps make it another LA season?

Sad we will never see Priscilla again , she got accepted into grad school in Boston!! Sad

That sucks, but a huge congratulations to her!

I'm finally getting around to watching RW:  Hollywood.  Next on the agenda is RW:  NOLA2.
