By what I heard she just didn't like the living conditions and how production did nothing when Sylvia "destroyed" her stuff. That only reason why I can see them even asking her its foe the fact that she hates Tony and her/shane always have dislike each other. I am doubting she was even ask, but with MTV you never know after all she was there for 2.5-3 episodes.
