Well that was unexpected.

It's the guy from like episode 2 probably

nope it's a guy from her past

I'm ready to see Jason's dad now.

right? i was most excited for that one all along

Hey Guys! I'm new to the forum Blum 3 I've actually been a lurker for a few years, and I probably won't be contributing much to the conversation. Either way, I wanted to know whether anyone else has been having trouble with the forum not loading new post when they click on a page or whether it's just me. This also happened last Tuesday.

Now for the post that's on topic, I thought that the episode this week was quite heartwarming regarding Jason's daughter. While I do think that some of the idea's being presented were mildly immature (i.e. He's now a man because he had a child), I think that the desire that he has to be a present father for his  child is admirable as many have shirked the responsibility. I hope and pray that things work out well for his family.

I thought that the interaction between Tony and Madison towards the end of the episode was rather amusing as Tony now has to deal with a little uncertainty regarding who wants to meet up with Madison. I look forward to seeing how this is going to play out.

-- Well, I don't think that was so bad for a first post!

God, that was a great episode. It wasn't any bs, drunken drama or fabricated, but real life problems. I also love the interesting aspect that Madison's way may have caused Rachel to be hesitant to really party or even use substances like alcohol. This is asboltuely what this show should be about (I'll try to convicne Lurker to watch).

All of this. Tonight was such a great night for The Real World and The Challenge. Both awesome episodes!

Agreed, these shows are far from dead and these episodes proved how good they can be.

Agreed. I still hate the twist aspect of it because I love the old format but this is the best 7 original cast members in a long time. and the challenge keeps getting better and better.

I agree! I skipped RW yesterday, but watched it while waiting for my class on my laptop -- Hands down the best episode this season. No forced drama, confusing editing, etc. All geniune issues and storylines that flowed well. (& also the typical silly moments like the prank war, etc.) This was my kind of episode.

I thought Madison sister was older. I was going to criticize her advice, but coming from a teenager that generic advice comes from no life experience.

I liked this episode. Madison's skeleton was a bit boring but good came out of it. She realized how she made her sister feel and was all the better for it.

Jason's baby was cute. Watching him holding his daughter was a sight to see. There's a cub in the wolf pack now.

I mean she just seemed worried for her sister and especially, because she has relapsed and she's only been sober for a year or two. Her telling Madison that a former addict should stay away from the party scene or drinking is probably misinformed, but I just took it as her way of looking out for her.

For some reason I also assumed she would be older.

Jason & Madison are easily my favorites , this was a great episode it shows that skeletons don't always have to be dramatic fights. Also that note Madison got was creepy as hell.

The thing is addicts will try to find an alternatative  for their addictions. That's why they preach so hard in the programs to stay away from party people, even people who drink/smoke weed. And even with alternative addictions, they tend to relapse. Her sister actually seemed very knowledgable in that area to me. Seems like she's been to some meetings perhaps. Or maybe just a good head on her shoulders.

however I was listening to AfterBuzz and roxy made a very good point. Her sister should be more concerned with tony because ultimately a relationship is what made her start using. So alcohol really isn't the issue (have we even seen madisndrunk?) but having a relationship in place of that addiction could be dangerous, especially since we know tony has a wandering eye.

Apparently, she was under the influence of alcohol when she fought Violetta.

Her Skeleton wrote on facebook that it was actually production that sent the flowers/notes haha

That was pretty obvious haha. I kind of liked it though instead of him just coming to the door.

That was obvious... I mean it just seemed to creepy and weird.

It seemed like something you do if you want to murder someone lol.

Yes but even if it wasn't set up by production - we all know she's going there with a camera crew lol

Can someone direct me to which forum is posted about Madison's next skeleton? I briefed a few spoiler pages but didn't seem to find it

I love this cast so much! My favorite as a whole since Vegas 2.0.

I thought this episode was almost perfect. No it wasn't the most "dramatic"; it was, however, real.  Isn't that why we watch? Or used to watch? Back in the earlier days.

Madison's blind spot for the pain she caused her loved ones seemed delayed, but believable. Tony's powerful attraction to a "recovered addict" -- something he longed his father could be, I'm sure -- is also starting to make sense in context.

I wish the cast interviews would be filmed sessions with actual psychotherapists. I'm sure the producers try, like "How did it make you feel when X happened?" but honestly...the therapy setup could get real personal and effective with trained professionals.

My MVP of this episode is Yolanda. Props to her for making the best of what is clearly a difficult and unusual situation. Why didn't we get an interview with Yolanda? I mean, they gave Tia her own interview. I would much rather hear from the woman who carried Jason's baby for 9 months with no intention of pursuing a relationship with him. That is awkward, scary, difficult, and *real*.

i agree on both points. If i were Yolanda, I'd be pissed the only time they showed it said "baby mama" but she took it with positivity. DEFF would have preferred more Yolanda than tia
