I was just wondering if this hasn't been discussed already... how would Jordan do in this elimination with one hand and this really required two. Yeah sure he could improvise but while doing so Johnny could hook him at any minute I think it would have came down to Sarah vs Averey.
I didn't think about that. That would have been a game changer if Sarah/Jordan got taken out. Jordan impresses me though with what he can do with one hand so I'm not really sure what would have been the outcome. I think Averey could have beat Sarah though.

Yeah it would be super hard for Jordan. But he'd probably do better than Jay lol.
And it's weird because I think Sarah would gas out for some reason. She's a great competitor everything but still...
Very interesting point.. I know everyone's loves to hype up Sarah to no end, and I do agree that she's a good competitor, but I find her a bit overrated. I have a hard time picturing her getting physical with another female and going for an hour and a half. I truthfully think both Nia and Averey could beat her in Hooking Up.
By the way, I loved Hooking Up! Could be my favorite elimination in a long time. I love that they were given multiple hooks and plenty of room to move around.
i wished production would of saved X Battle/Control Issues for Exile for Johnny/Avery vs Bananas/Nany! Especially it would been life to see Nany vs Avery (X Battle) in Exile! Production wasted that good game for a sucky team although Adam did descent against Bananas... Im was expecting to see Brittany put more fight & effort for that exile..
You know, Johnny R. is really really hot to me. Like idk because i know his face isn't the best, but it works for me. Maybe it's his stone cold personality that makes him hot and his lack of enthusiasm about everything. Lol
Jay is growing on me. First he and Jenna won the mission(people were so shocked that vevmo got shut down a bit) Then he made good move in sending in Leroy/Nia into the dome. Then on the aftershow he kept quiet with the whole Avery/Johnny situation. And Realize what he did to Jenna was wrong. Seems like Jay is a decent person.
Did anyone laugh when Leroy tried to get tough with Jay? I don't know why but it was just halarious to me. especially at the sit down when he had that do-rag trying to be all hood. It was all just laguable to me.
Jordan is a **** and he has a massive ego. He has got to chill the **** out with that.
Zach...***??? This guy is going on and on about how women are inferior and such. It seems that MTV/BMP are really burying Zach this season. But they guy is a ******* baby and he **** sure deserves every bit of it. ******.
The elimination was good. Intense as ****.
Eh, Leroy can be like that outside of the show so it wasn't that hilarious. He'd easily rip you a new one if did something to him.
I think the more hilarious part was Leroy yelling at Nia at the start and then it said "30 minutes later" and Leroy is still standing there yelling.... and then it said "60 minutes later" and in the same shot Leroy is STILL YELLING and 10x more sweatier like he's the one in there lol.
I dunno. I still thought it was funny though because it just seemed out of character and not very genuine. Maybe that's how he can be outside of the shows but still...If I were Jay I would've lauged directly in his face.
But him in the dome was funny too though.
You say that sitting behind a computer or a smart phone. But when your Jay's size and a guy is giving you death stares with muscles about a big as your head, you're not gonna laugh in his face. And Leroy is from the hood, he's not some suburban guy putting on. Watch his Vegas season and get a better understanding of who he is and how he came up.

So, I've applied for tickets to the Reunion taping this weekend. I don't think I'll get it, at all, but it's worth a try. I promise I won't spoil anything MTV! Stop playing. Side note:This Challenge premiered on the same day as my birthday. So Happy Birthday to me! #TeamAquarius
Adam and Brittany lost The Challenge indicative to a potential final, and Averey and Johnny were voted in because Wes is a mastermind at this game and has little to no competition in securing the top spot at every challenge. Last week's show ended with a frantic race to the top of a set of colored milk crates. Adrenaline pumping. Hearts racing. Dubstep music wubwubwubing. The episode ended with a leap of faith, but the winner wasn't revealed...until now....
Adam and Brittany lose in probably the most frustrating fashion, at least I would be frustrated as **** if I lost that way. But unfortunately, it was the fault of Adam for not securing his footing enough to make a strong enough jump upwards to the bell. At the time he leaped, everything collapsed. Physics makes fools of us all sometimes. Johnny & Averey win, and are back into the dysfunctional house.
Unlike their John and Simone 'Are You The One' counterparts, Adam and Brittany are two rookies I'd like to see come back on a future Challenge. Adam has all the potential in the world to become a great competitor on the show, but it was clear that he was hindered by the lack of athleticism of Brittany. Brittany probably doesn't deserve to be anywhere NEAR one of these shows again, but I find her pretty cute, so bring her back on and have her be the anchor on a team Challenge or the sacrificial lamb again. She reminds me of Jenn's initial stages on The Challenge in a way, where she has the determination to win but none of the physical prowess to back it up. Give her a few seasons, let her hit the treadmill and the weight rack and she could move up to being a contender.
LOL @ their opposing confessionals. Brittany is being so optimistic about possibly being friends in the future because she does really like him, but Adam's like "Yeah, I'm not talking to her again. No friendship. I kinda wanna stay at least 50 feet from her at all times". It's sad, but hilarious.
Jordan's a **** again
Without any strong explanation about the complete shift in attitude, Jordan is a **** again. A full-fledged ****. Women hate him. Men hate him. He's hard to talk to. A complete d-bag. This strikes me as a bit fishy honestly considering how well they're working together and how much they both want to win, but I guess everyone has their breaking point with Sarah eventually. Maybe the curse isn't her partners...
Zach's diatribe on women
Each and every episode, Zach's edit digs him deeper and deeper into an inescapable hole. No one has gotten a chauvinistic **** edit this bad since Bananas on The Island (berating Evelyn & Kelly Anne), but he's literally taking this to a whole new biblical level. It took Bananas nearly four years to shake that jerky persona he built for himself, no telling how long it'll take Zach. Yikes.
Besides the Ex-iled winner, who would've thought a Challenge featuring CT, Diem, and Johnny Bananas wouldn't see either of them in the final 6. ****, even Dustin, Nany, Jemmye, and Knight usually make it far in the game. I just hope the rating doesn't continue to drop.
TJ's Favorite Challenge: The Trivia Drop of Death
This week's Challenge is a the Trivia Challenge, now a staple of the Challenge every year since the original Exes believe it or not. I hope they would change up the format from time to time, make it a life-size version of hangman or something. But I see the allure of the questions because it's the only game of the season that the viewers can play along with, unless you've build diagonal ramps in your backyard. Plus TJ loves it.
Here are a few notes:
Sarah and Jordan fighting is still ridiculous. Where does this come from? He has to be annoyed by Sarah. That or on his period. Shit, Zach's sexist mind is affecting my feeble, impressionable mind already.
Totally spaced Mark Zuckerberg. I didn't see The Social Network. =[
LOL @ Wes. Spelling things how they sound completely stopped working around fourth grade.
TJ asks Jenna what does the "U.N." stand for and Jenna tries to remember the periodic table. Jenna is my brain on drugs
Sarah loses. What's her track record in mental games anyway? Good lord.
Johnny & Averey are out first, which makes me think that God really wants them out of this game.
Jay and Jenna won the Trivia Challenge. I repeat, they won the TRIVIA Challenge.
Jay and Jenna winning the Trivia Challenge proves everything that college taught me: that you don't have to be smart to get a degree, you just have to have all the right answers. Good lord. With that, Jay and Jenna have all the power in the house -- and are the first rookie couple to win The Challenge.
And with that, Sarah and Jordan immediately convince Jay and Jenna NOT to throw them in and in turn, they'll never say their name. Honestly, it's a smart decision not to throw them in over Leroy and Nia. Sarah and Jordan ARE more likely to win a Challenge than Leroy and Nia, history has proved that. And in that decision, they're more likely to be safe.
Why do I have this sinking feeling that this agreement is going to play a major role somewhere in this game?
They run this decision to save Sarah and Jordan by Leroy (and later Nia), and upon learning it, you can see the shift in Leroy's brain. Not only the betrayal by being blindsided by the decision, but the trigger has been set off to kill. And then he brings Nia, who has a history of attempting to kill someone as a back up. Honestly, it could've been a lot worse for Jay and Jenna now that I think about it.
Jay's a goof. I used to think he was lame, but he's a good goof now that his personality's fully out there. "My junk works!" is a cool moment from the season. He reminds me of Kenny from the Inferno 3 season, except without the athletic background.
The Elimination / Coach Leroy
Tonight's Elimination is kind of the inverse of Back Off on The Duel 2. Instead of trying to rip a hook off an opponent, you're pulling one down from the sky (presumably) and trying to hook it on your opponent. It's a lot less violent than back off and surprisingly a lot harder. While back off was physical Challenge out of The Duels, this one's more strategic than anything. You've got to be focused on not only holding down your hook, but holding onto your opponent and trying to hook them in close proximity without them hooking you.
Perhaps the best part of this elimination was Coach Leroy, who apparently doesn't take any shit. With CT and Bananas out of the game, and arguably the strongest girl in the game, Leroy sees a real opportunity for him to win this Challenge and he's not going to let it slip out his fingers again. After winning his heat, he flips Coach Leroy to motivate Nia to win against Averey.
Nia's only fault in this Challenge is that she isn't totally confident when she's thrown in, but she's building the confidence with each elimination win. I have completely confidence that she could be completely dominating if she had that confidence and drive to win, and Leroy sees that. Props to Nia for not crumbling and crying like a ***** with Leroy's barking on the sidelines, it shows that she's not weak like some of these other girls.
Welcome to my favorite part of The Challenge, The Bananas & Nany Show. After spending the last two weeks in Ex-ile, Bananas and Nany meet Adam and Brittany in probably the most physical out of all of these low budget elimination rounds yet. Bananas and Nany easily dispose of the rookie team because Bananas has done this elimination before at least two times and Nany's stronger, taller, and more brutal and Brittany. Period.
We get to see Averey vs. Nany next, which I am looking forward to. Give them the pole again!

I always kind thought this! I love Sarah, but she is the only common denominator in those situations, so maybe it isn't all bad partners.

No its definitely the partners, two of them got disqualified or quit and all but Jordan were extremely weak.
Oh yes. I also thought he looked amazing that scene.
Also Afterbuzz people said that they think that talk was like third time over and over again, bc we know how Sarah is and Jordan looked bored. I actually believe that. I think they just edited like that to make Sarah the hero or something.
Also Sarah should have made that deal up there with Jay but she was shut up abd after blamed Jordan.
And excited thing... Sarah was sooo excited on Rivals and cocky and we all know how that ended.
Tbh this whole episode was so weird. I feel like that 'fight' was so fake. Like they wanted some screen time or something .

Sarah has done so many of these you really think she's one to make up a fake fight for no real reason? These conspiracy theories and people "making up fake fights" just for screen time really make no sense to me.
It's like he wants to give her the middle finger in that pic. Seriously.
In his mind:
"God, why did I choose this chick to make out with? Please stop talking.."
Am I the only one who doesn't find Jordan attractive? He's not bad looking, and in this photo he does look pretty good, but something about his mouth turns me off.

Jordan was loyal to his best friend, Sarah was just there, did not do anything.

It doesn't matter if Sarah said that because Jordan was clear he wasn't going to throw it. Say Sarah does throw it, Jordan wouldn't if Jordan got the Stonehenge question right which makes zero sense who he didn't and Sarah threw it, it would all be on Jay & Jenna to get 2 questions right, so Sarah could have thrown it.
