Derrick would beat Bananas in almost anything, except for a puzzle. He threw him around in Ring Wrestle on the Island and they were actually competing.
Looking at the eliminations Derrick lost:
-Wes was juicing and in his prime and took both to the very last ounce of energy. When Wes commends someone, they are legit
-Timmy outweighed Derrick, honestly nothing he could've done. Yes smaller people can beat larger people, but still..
-Tyler, again, outweighed Derrick by even more than Timmy did. Truthfully, Pole Me Over is an impossible elimination to beat someone who weighs more than you, unless you have the leg strength to hold them off and you're still looking at a loss.
As long as brute strength and weight aren't pulling Derrick or pushing straight against him, he's going to win. He was hindered by a pole and a rope with only a straight line to work with, give him room to move and use his agility and athletism and nine times out of ten I see him winning.
True, i remember when Derrick used these abilities to push Ct and Big easy into the water one on one. i was in awe for like five minutes.
Adam really shit the bed this challenge but hey it looked hard as ****. I still think we need to see him compete indivually to fully judge his abilities.
I have a feeling it was probably Danny but as stated above if Kenny replaced Nehemiah and Diem replaced Rachel.. then that season would have been even better. It is already my favorite season so I can't even imagine how good it would have been with those 2.
If Kenny had been cast instead of Danny and Diem had replaced Melinda, Austin would have actually been a good season. Not only that, Danny&Melinda would have never happened. How awesome would that be?

Kenny probably would have either replaced Danny or Wes. Nehemiah was the one black guy most seasons need for diversity.

Diem was suppose to be on key west but when she turned it down they sent her to fresh meat.
