I am not looking forward to this at all but since this is the last time we will see Diem on the Challenge, I figure I will tune in to bid her farewell.
If what happenes to her is shown before the actual challenge, I will not be able to focus on the rest of the episode though. Im going to be thinking about her for the rest of the night.
For some reason it is not sitting well with me that there will be no Aftershow. I dont want her last images on TV to be ones where she is doubled over in pain....
That looks like a mission I'd really like to try. (then again there are a lot of things I'd like to do, don't miscontrue that lol)
It's definitely going to be sad watching Diem's condition worsen. Not to sound heartless or anything, but I kind of want to get the sad stuff over with, so I don't have to feel that way watching episodes to come. That'd be nice if there was a montage for Diem, but I think the "We <3 Diem" afterwards will take care of that nicely.

I kind of feel the same way. I really just want to get his out of the way because(not to sound rude of heartless) I'm kinda just over the Diem stuff. Yes it's sad that she died but life goes on and we all have to move forward.
It's going to be a sad episode yes. It's going to be sad as well when Knight is eliminated. It's a tough season already emotionally. So far, MTV is doing great highlighting them. I think there has to be an elimination tonight. They moved on with eliminations when Sarah/Vinny & Dustin/Heater left Exes 1. We'll see how tonight plays out

Not a spoiler at all. I can see if that was intended but do we really think Knight and Jemmye will make it all the way lol? Also, I'm just predicting that there has to be an elimination tonight since they did the same with Exes 1.

No I don't think it is, I think they were saying once Knight & Jemmye go home which is likely because they aren't slightly athletic and probably have no shot at making the final.
By it will also be sad, they meant the season not this episode specifically.

Haha okay yeah gotcha now. Totally didn't occur to me until after I read it a few times. My bad!
I will say this about CT: I never liked his violent outbursts and supersleazy ways in the past, and how he escalates any slight confrontation to the level of continuously verbally assaulting the other person and even trying to physically assault them (a younger CT would have probably swung and attacked Frank on Rivals 2 and been DQ'd and never won.. just like so many times in his earlier years)
He could have won MANY challenges by now if he just kept his cool and cared about winning rather than pointlessly acting immature and getting thrown out. Either way, I just personally have never liked him and his attutide.
But the seasons that Diem is on with him.. it's like he's a completely different person. He's sweet and tries to care for her and constantly looking for her approval. It's a side of CT that makes him seem so endearing and tamed, which makes me actually like him. Besides Rivals 2, I do enjoy watching how he behaves in all other seasons with her.
I realize CT is probably the biggest fan favorite castmate (all for the wrong reasons: his looks, violence, entertainment he brings, etc) so even though I'm not personally a fan of his.. I love watching him on this season and loved watching him on Rivals (because of how hard he tried to become Adams friend).
I'm still rather confused as to whether Diem's "collapse" is coming tonight or whether that already happened and was just unaired.
This week's sneak peak on MTV.com gives a look at the challenge tonight. Definitely one of their more physical ones.
I got the impression from the previews that CT gets upset because Diem is already with the doctor and he wants production to take him there as well - but not completely sure on that.

I don't know if he's the "biggest fan favorite" but I disagree with your reasons other than looks. I think people liked CT on his early challenges--he was a **** at times but it wasn't until Inferno 3/Gauntlet 3/Duel 2 that he become a violent nightmare. I don't think many people like the CT that beat up Adam and Davis or the one that wanted to trim the fat. Yes, he was ignorant to Leah of Inferno 1, fought with Dan on Inferno 2 and almost killed Wes after losing to Brad in The Duel but those were rare moments from him at that point. CT came back much beter in Rivals--real or not, he tried with Adam and people loved his "love story" with Diem starting with The Duel...that's why many put up with his behavior on G3.
CT's not one of my favorites but I believe, JMO, that most like him for the person they think he can be--or is. They want to see him be Chris and not CT
Looks like a fun challenge to watch. Everything else will be absolutely heartbreaking.
I can't wait for this episode tonight, so exciting! Will there be an elimination tonight though?
Can't watch tonight episode, gotta work, so pissed
May be a bit of an overreaction but I think the title of this episode is in poor taste.
It is going to be a hard episode to watch. #RIPDIEM<3
This episode is going to be absolutelt heartbreaking. I hope they handly it tactfully.

That came to my mind as well.
I was thinking the same.
They will put a tribute at the end for her im guessing
The "We Heart Diem" special airs again right after tonight's episode.
I mean like a montage in the episode.. Like Mark had for Battle of the Exes and Timmy had on the Inferno 3
it depends how it ends. i can see that if ct is doing commentary for her.
The Mission looks cool. Wonder if Theresa held on all the way.

Haven't prepared myself for this episode yet. It'll definitely be an emotional one.
I feel like they will put this or something like this:
Remembering Diem Brown | MTV

Aww. So sweet and so sad at the same time. Thanks for sharing PR.

awww that was so sweet. I'm sure Diem loved that.
Se heartbreaking to know that she never returned to the house to see all of the get well presents everyone made for her.

Too bad he can't be like that at all times.
