Eye Candy centers on tech genius Lindy, who is persuaded by her roommate to begin online dating and begins to suspect that one of her mysterious suitors might be a deadly cyber stalker. When her friends at the elusive cyber-police uncover a potential serial killer in Manhattan, all signs point to one of Lindy’s dates. Teaming up with this band of hackers, Lindy works to solve the murders while unleashing her own style of justice on the streets of New York City.
Pretty damn excited for tonight's premiere! I've got a good feeling this will be MTV's best scripted series to date.
I am expecting big numbers for this...the trailer on MTV youtube channel has been view by 600k comparing it to Real World: 75k, AYTO trailer 55k and Challenge trailer 35k. That's a huge difference !
Plus they did crazy promotion for this I saw it on banner, on an elevator door in Aventura Mall here in Miami and on a bus lol

Wow, this was promoted at the Golden Globes and freaking RW and The Challenge can't even be promoted on their sister channels VH1 and BET. The shade.
Wow this was a cheesefest... I enjoyed the first half of the ep, but holy shit did it go downhill lol... the overacting was wayyyy too much for me... and the slow-motion!! i cant hahaha
I'll watch a couple more episodes and decide if want to stay or drop it though.
I would laugh if it only increase a little percentage of viewers just because of the amount of money mtv put for to promoted it.
I think the cop who is still Alive is the killer. I feel like he would have all the resources to do it
That's my prime suspect as well. On shows like this they always show the killer early on, so they can have a big twist at the very end.

Wow. Was not expecting that at all. The internal promotion for this show was great and the external was insane.
on Monday I am expecting rw did worse than that most likely and tuesday ratings probably down since it was a rerun/ The episode was already on youtube.
MTV promoted the crap out of eye candy, I am shock by those ratings. Real World/ challenge did better with way less promotion . Thats Karma for MTV.
Wow that's truly awful for Eye Candy, I think even AYTO was doing better. There's no saving MTV at this point.
So honestly whatever ratings the challenge and RW get... can't be mad at this point it's all they have until TeenWolf/Catfish returns.
I am expecting both of those shows to go down too the same with Teen mom.
I think Catfish will still do well because it's messy and dramatic it catches on from word of mouth. Teen Wolf I can see peaking soon.
Teen Wolf hit series low several times last season. I imagine that low will be the new high (and that's reaching).
Things are so bad for MTV right now. It's not even funny anymore.
I didnt expect it to be so low, I though it was going to be the highest rated premiere for mtv on the past year just basing it on the promotion it got on TV/Social network and even banners on public places
You also have to realize that 11 million people tuned into the college football championship. Mistake on MTV part for airing the premiere the day of a championship game. They could've easily held off another week, it's not like this was episode 2 or midway through the season. It was the premiere. That can be aired whenever.
I'm not surprised, I honestly heard more about the new season of teen mom as opposed to eye candy. Hopefully the show can develop and build an audience
