For me Bob is one of, if not the worst winner ever.

I don't understand how, he played a great game, was a beast in challenges especially for someone his age and made amazing fake idols. Can't understand how he's a bad winner in anyway. The worst winner I'd say is Natalie.
Nah Natalie is probably somewhere in the top 10. Cocharon, Parvati, Yul are all worse winners. My top 10 would probably be: Kim, Tom, Richard, Tina, Chris, Danni, Earl, JT, Natalie, and Denise. Tony, Sandra, Sophie fall short here.

The sarcasm.... too much for one person to handle.

I think it's scary that you think this is sarcasm...

Natalie?! Earl?! Danni?! Denise?!  Chris?!

What's your basis for this.... but it's not so much your favorites as is you saying Cochran, Parvati and Yul are worse winners. (which Cochran may be, but he deserved his win). Yul played one of the smartest games and Parvati played a spectacular game in Micronesia lol.

Not to mention... Boston Rob and Tyson dominated their seasons and they go unnoticed. Tyson arguably made one of the biggest moves in Survivor history by choosing to go to Rocks when he didn't have to, that move guaranteed 2/3 of their alliance final 3, and obviously all 3 of them, because Tina couldn't come through.

I find that the boring/forgotten winners are pretyy great. Danni went from a minority to trouncing Steph at FTC, Earl knew nothing abiut the game and dominated thoroughly, the other three shouldn't need an explanation, should they? Chris played the women perfectly, Denise was made for Survivor, and Natalie did everything Parv failed to do.

Tyson was someone who was shy of making my top 10 so I'm not arguing that. Yul had the super idol which was a massive help in the power shift, Parv literally played for third and had so many lucky moments--if JFP stays she gets 20th and this myth that she's a good player ends. BR was literally given a ridiculously stupid cast of newbies and they did everything in their power withiut handing him that win.

Fiji had the worst cast. Danni is a mediocre player. Natalie didn't do anything (but deserved to win), Russell beat himself that season. Yul won on arguably the most competitive cast without having any returning people.... (and having a handful of all-stars/favorites). Boston Rob dominated in the same fashion that Kim, Earl, Brian, and Tom, did their season....

It's not that any winner was particular unbearable, it's that you're undercutting the memorable winners.

Nah OW, Caramoan, and RI all had far worse casts. How is Danni mediocre? I mean her strategy never made the edit, because she never told production her stratgey out fo fear that they'd use it to, attempt to help Steph which I love. Natalie formed relatioships with every Galau member while still voting them out and gave one **** of a FTC performance. To say Nat did nothing and Russell beat himself is just a lie, Natalie beat him by understanding Survivor. CI was a terrible cast...like bottom 5. I mean Parvati, Candice, and Penner all sucked that season so mentioning all stars there is pointless.  On his fourth attempt when even playing a second time is a massive advantage, but a FOURTH with that cast? Basically handed a win. It's weird that you praise Rob here, yet found it weird I mentioned Earl?

Memorability doesn't equal good. Just look at Russell.

Denise winning ruined the season for me. I'm not one to say a winner didn't deserve to win because obviously they won. But I feel like she didn't really do anything. Her tribes sucked *** and she went to every single tribal council and was good enough to not be targeted as a weakling, but didn't really control much. Then at the merge Lisa/Skuppin took over and dragged Denise to the end and won. I feel like there's nothing there with her. Plus i'm super bitter Lisa didn't win. Her & Skuppin got way too much hate from the dumb Tandang tribe, all they did was play the game flawlessly and outsmart everyone.

Plus at FTC they revealed how smug and *****y Denise was. If she didn't win that season I truly believe she'd either be completely invisible or she'd get a negative villain edit.

And as for Sherri. She played a great game. She completely controlled her tribe pre-swap. Then she got in good with the favorites at the swap and the merge. But as soon as Shamar went home her game was over. There was no way she was winning because none of the bitter fans would vote for her and she had no shot up against any of the favorites. Plus no one had any clue how great of a game Sherri was playing pre-merge until it aired on TV. She does not get enough credit and Caramoan shouldn't even be taken seriously.  The fact that EDDIE of all people would've won if he made it to the end shows how stupid that season was.

Well people found Lisa annoying and thought she constantly contradicted herself. Also Skpuin almost killed his tribe (apparently he made a terrible shelter with too much weight on it and when they returned from a challenge, it collapsed. Had they been sleeping there, they might be dead) which he didnt even apoligize for and he and RC completely isolated themselves from the tribe. She did a lot though--she was never the target, which is the point of the game. She knew how to talk to people and pander to them and along with Abi being Abi, got Lisa/Mike on her side.  I'd say Malcolm/Denise dragged them to the end (they made the move sure, but **** it was a terrible move--they could have taken Abi at f5 and booted Malcom at f4). She had a right to be *****y though, she played a fantastic game and knew there was no way Lisa/Mike were winning, as their tribe was pn the jury and hated them.

Idk she was pretty annoying and was a big reason why the fans were split the way they were (admittedly Reynold didn't help here). There were only three fans on the jury though, so that doesn't really make sense.  If people didn't realize how well she played and she made to FTC, that's her fault. Eddie would have been a great winner and maybe redeem Caramoan a bit for me.

Yeah Eddie would have been a much better winner.

Anyone but Cochran would have ever so slightly redeemed it.

Hey now Phillip or Brandon could have won or Shamar.

Ugh, it's like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse...

Thinking tonight will be

8th: Reed

7th: Keith

*Would be stupid for Natalie/Baylor/Missy to not team up with Alec/Keith/Reed at the first vote and take out Jon.

I have a strange feeling Jaclyn is going home tonight. I really hope I'm wrong since I love her.

So I just finished watching South Pacific, One World, and Phillipines. I only watched most of One World then stopped, it sucked IMO. Only good things about that season were Troyzan, Kim, and Alicia's ***. So I spoiled myself the winner and moved on. Phillipines was great, it had a good final four & winner. And South Pacific was meh, but If I hear someone say "honor, loyalty, integrity" one more ******* time...

I'm almost caught up with this show finally. I just have S26 & S27 to watch. (I skipped quite a few older seasons though, mainly ones with no returnees, or at least no relevant returnees)

And so I just started watching Caramoan now... why is Francesca a fan favorite? Was she that memorable from the days of Redemption Island?

Apparently she was sleeping with a producer

Oh, well that makes sense I guess. I was about to edit my post 'cause it didn't even matter anyways. I just watched her get voted out first again LOL.

What did you think of Sophie as a winner?

Francesca was apparently brought back because of potential drama with Phillip. Caramoan is an abomination in general though so yeah....

Actually Francesca was quite popular after Redemption Island. She was one of the very few people on that season that immediately targeted Rob instead of sheeping him. That's what left fans frustrated because she had so much potential but got out first and she was one of the most loved first boots of all time. Who says that a first boot can't return as a favorite? Placement doesn't matter, look at previous allstar seasons. And if ANYTHING Cochran should be questioned about returning before her. Cochran is universially hated, not only online on the forums, but by the cat ladies as well. At least Phillip was 50% hated and 50% loved. Cochran has no fans. Plus the planned Francesca & Philip drama did help.. plus the potential to go home first again since Survivor is all about "Firsts!" now.

I'm currently watching All-Stars, and **** what a great season it is. I barely hear people talking about it, but right now I'm enjoying it more than HvV.

It is bad for me because things feel really dark/personal (see f9 episode, FTC, reunion), ruined some great legacies (Kathy, Sue, Tina), and has a awful boot order. I like HvV a lot more because things don't feel too personal that it's uncomfortable and doesn't really ruin any legacies and enhances the legacies of Parv, Sandra, Russell, Colby, Coach, JT.

I felt really bad for Sue, but apart from that I'm really liking it. It's definitely not the best season though.

I'm in the minority here but I find HvV to be an average season.

I'm not that high on HvV but I still love it. It has an orgasmic premiere and a fantastic premerge and an average postmerge. The Villians were definitely what made that season because god some of those heroes were boring as ****. All the interesting hero women were booted premerge too.

BTW, which are your favorite seasons? I love Exile Island, Tocantins and Cagayan so much.

Yeah the season kinda went downhill post merge. I loved all of the physical challenges

Because someone brought up all-stars, they need to bring back hands on a hard idol.

Just wanted to share this with you guys.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains - The Dragons Music Video

Probst is hardcore hyping season 30 on twitter. Cagayan didn't even get this much praise. Please live up to the hype and not be another Caramoan...

@Fresh Meat - I actually liked the final 3 of South Pacific (but that was really it that season for me). I mean, if the winner wasn't Sophie, there really weren't many other viable winners other than Coach. Sophie seems underrated IMO.

@Timster - Thanks for the response. I've only been watching Survivor for like 4 months, so that's why I was curious since I didn't know what the viewers thought of Francesca's short appearance during Redemption Island's airing. I would have personally liked to see Troyzan, Mike from RI, Peih-Gee, and/or Jane on Caramoan over Cochran and Francesca. (her drama with Phillip didn't seem that big)

I hope this means something good. I can't wait until next week so we get a preview of next season during the live reunion. Has it been speculated what next season will be?
