I think that out of the Ex-plosion Cast Cory/Jay/Thomas will become regulars.
For the Girls I think Jamie, Jenny, and Ashley M will become regulars. But I do think that Jaime will be a regular moreso than Jenny and Ashley.
Sounds like production may not be too fond of Ashley (giving Lo a call over her)... and I don't think Jenny wants to be a regular. I'd be fairly surprised if she does more than 1 challenge.
plus Jenny turned this season down to focus on modeling so I don't think she'll be on a season
Jenny said on youtube that she will definitely do a challenge, but she refused to do Exes because they wanted to pair her with Cory which she saw as disrepectful to her current relationship with Brian. I see her becoming a regular once she debuts.
I thought she declined because she didn't want to sign a contract and not model for a year, wait that might have been just Ashley M, my bad.
That what PinkRose said but she was wrong. She just didn't want to work with Cory on somethin pertaining to being Exes. Ashley on the other hand may have backed out due to modeling.
mhmmmm no I wasn't :
Their contract ends in May a year after the reunion aired. She is open to do one not a battle of the exes with Cory atleast that's what she told me on June 27.
About Ashley Mitchell, according to some cast members from her season she didn't received a 2nd call.
Mmmmmmmm somebody bought receipts. I forget how many of those you save.....

Yeah that's why I said Jamie will probably be the Reglular on the Girls side. Jenny will probably do either 1 or 2 challenges and be done. I see Brian doing the same thing.

haha one can hope that maybe one of them do a Preston, before he did a challenge he made it sound like he would never do more than one then he did 3 in arow lol

Yeah hopefully. I just hope The Ex-plosion cast in general has a real presence on the challenge and don't end up being barely represented like DC and Hollywood. I doubt that will happen but you never know.

100% agree!
That season had Cory, Jay, Jamie and Even Ashley M if she is given the chance...I see those 4 becoming challenge regulars.
On her interview with Andrew kirk, she made it sound like she is not going to be. For some reason I still think she is going to.
I think she will. She's Thristy so I do think that she'll be a regular.
Even though I dislike her on her Real World, I wouldn't mind her on the challenges lol She have a big mouth and like putting her nose on other people businesses = Drama, she even say it herself on that if she ever does a challenge she will need to work on that because it would get her in trouble.
It's weird but I have no connection to the Ex-plosion cast , I actually only see Cory/Jay/Thomas used in the future.
Also to the person who said they called Lo before Ashley is not cause they don't like Ashley but be a use Cory/Lo is a real ex situation more s p that Cory/Ashley drunk kiss.
I think the future of The Challenge is okay. I think Battle of the Exes 2 will do really well and give the show at least a season 27 and maybe season 28. My thing is what's next for The Challenge as far as themes and formats. Has anyone noticed that BMP is wantng to twist up the formats a little and make them interesting, but a little complicated? I don't mind that as long as it's good and makes sense and nothing Free Agents crazy because that was a hot mess to me. Also, The Challenge needs to have a theme from here on out which isn't a bad thing, Survivor will be the same way if anyone has noticed. Themes attract ratings, especially relatable themes like Rivals, Exes, and Loved Ones.
I think next season options will be Rivals (male/female pairs), Allies (same-sex pairs, but a really big format twist that'll cause drama), Old vs. New (I was told in the early planning stages of season 26 this was suppose to be the next season, but they stractched it and went with Exes 2 so maybe they'll come back to that, but to me it isn't really a theme so idk if it'll do good ratings wise hence why they probably dropped it). No individual format yet and I doubt they'll do a Seasons 2 with Seasons 1 sucking. Also, Heroes vs. Villians and Brains/Brawns/Beauty will never happen because that's directly coping Survivor IMO. Any other theme/format ideas for next season?

See. This is why I think that this show won't last that much longer even if this next season does well ratings-wise. There's not that many themes they can really do because this show doesn't really give a whole lot of room for relatable themes considering the casting of this show. Shows like Survivor and Big Brother can get ANYONE from across the nation to be on that show so they can easily get a cast to fit whatever theme they have in mind That's why they can do stuff like Blood vs Water or Fans Vs Favorites. The Challenge can only get people who are from The Real World and Road Rules and when you consider how BMP/MTV constantly put limits on the people they cast, Recycle the same people, and Dellutes the casting pool with the Fresh Meat, Camilla, and Now AYTO there's not much in the way of themes. They're gonna have to get super creative from now on because I don't see how this show is to survive. This show really needs to start going to back to formats that allowed them to have a huge Diverse cast like Cutthroat, and Free Agents. Those formats are where this show's Strenth lies I think. But since people can't seem to follow this show without some dumb theme attached to it this show's options are limited.
All I can see them doing realisticly is Allies, Good vs Bad, and Rivals. After that there's not much else they can do I feel like.

Well Free Agents just happened, so I don't think they should do that. And it didn't do so great in the ratings anyway. The Duel, Cutthroat, Good Guys vs Bad Asses, Vets vs Rookies, and some really cool, catchy new theme I think could do well with a very diverse cast. By diverse, I mean a mixture of the usual regulars, fan favs from Explosion/Chicago/AYTO, a couple of good oldies, and some good shockers (Scott, Will, Ashley L, etc..).

No AYTO people. We don't need any more Non-castmembers.
I feel like the future of the show is brought up every single season about whether it'll be cancelled or not. I remember going back to The Ruins forum and people were worried the show would be cancelled and I couldn't stop laughing. This is not the only show on TV to run this long, Survivor ratings are slowly dropping each season (not because of the quality of the season, but just because the show has run so long the ratings will naturally decline) and Survivor fans rarely talk about the show being cancelled. I think fans on this site overthink things, as long as the show is doing well in ratings compared to the other shows, i'll expect it to stick around.
And on the AYTO thing, we all have our opinions but I honestly don't get the hate. The show is similar to The Real World except there's more people and they have a cash prize at the end. They still live in a house for months, they're still apart of MTV, I don't see the big deal about it especially since the 4 members being brought to The Challenge were the most entertaining people on the season and bring way more to the table than many Real World members. The show is called "The Challenge" so they can cast whoever they want, it's quite shameful some people freak out so much over 4 new people from a different TV show not called "The Real World". It is not that serious.. lmao but some people will always complain and criticize whether they get what they want or not. But this happens with almost every reality tv show franchise, some small change happens and fans freak out & throw a hissy fit, then when the show airs they still watch, and get over it. Rinse & Repeat the next season.

Survivor didn't invent the idea of good vs evil..... the challenge had the inferno 2 and 3 before heros vs villains which was the same thing, good guys vs bad *****

I cannot picture Jamie or Ashley becoming a challenge regular. I can picture Jenna, Jenny, and Hailey becoming regulars. I can also see Adam,Brittany,Simone,JJ becoming regulars as well. Next season should be Cutthroat 2, Fresh Meat 3, Rivals Co-Ed, or The Duel 3(but no laurel or emily).
By what I was told by cast member Fresh Meat 3, Cutthroat 2, Seasons 3 and Free Agents 2 most likely are never happening again over the ratings they received.
I can see a 3 teams challenge again, with some kind of theme like brain/brawl/beauty, etc.

Yea its pretty understandable especially if they werent successful. I like that idea but i feel like the elimination rounds would have to be mostly strategic. Im hoping for a co ed rivals so Bananas & Cara Maria can pull a win.

Honestly I can only picture Jenna as a regular. They really wanted to get Cory on the next challenge, but Ashley didn't received a second call, so I don't think we'll see her again. Jenny and Jamie I can see doing one or two. Maybe Hailey will become a regular, but I really doubt it.
I can see next season being a co-ed Rivals if they want to stick with relatable and promotable themes. There are many co-ed Rivals teams so casting IMO wouldn't be that hard. And they could still get popular cast members which is really what they want. They just need to change the name so it's not a Rivals 3 and come up with a good format.

I can see all 3 guys being regulars, Jay probably wants to be like bananas and be on as many as possible, Thomas is rich so he doesn't have to worry about a job getting in the way and Cory seems like he'd do a bunch
