I'm like devastated right now. This really ruined my day. To wake up and hear that someone so amazing and finally enjoying life again is fighting cancer, again. It breaks my heart. I'm praying for her, her family, friends, and CT. I can only imagine how he felt when she collapsed while filming. Absolutely scary! It's so sad :(

This news is so tragic and heart breaking, I can't even imagine how horrible she's feeling. I wish her luck and really hope she gets better. It must have been super scary for CT and everyone else who was filming it. I wonder if they are going to show her collapseing and if they do I really hope they explain why she did and not just say she is sick or injured.

I know that it terrifying she collasped. It will be hard to watch if they show it. Ugh poor Diem, she doesn't deserve this.

PR hinted that it was Jessica who got them eliminated, I could see several girls beating her. We have no clue if it was a physical elimination round either.

I thought about that last night. It's heartbreaking enough to read an article about it, I don't want to relive it by watching it happen on TV.

I think they are going to show it, it was a few days into filming cast pictures taken and everything. I was told it was during or after a peanut butter challenge.
Hopefully, they handle the entire thing with class and respect not promoted the **** out of it to get ratings.

Very, very sad to wake up and hear the news about Diem on my Twitter timeline. After getting mildly excited for what this Challenge could be (besides not knowing or even being aware of this other show that's featured on it), this really blew the wind out your sales. It has to be so defeating to think you've beaten something and then you have to fight another battle, constantly. But we all know how strong Diem, and the fact that she was able to fight Cancer TWICE and beat cancer TWICE, we have no doubt that she'll overcome this hurdle.

I'd have to agree with JL81790 on this one. Luck played a huge factor in her continuing in Free Agents, as it did for most people. She was featured on the winning team for a couple of Challenges. Not to say that she's a bad competitor, but when you throw luck out the equation she might have a tougher road to the end than people think. She's got a long road to being a great competitor on The Challenges, but she'll get there.
Concerning what they'll do with the show, I definitely think they're gonna continue showing Diem & CT on the show. Besides the fact they already shot the opening (which on the past couple Challenges they haven't really used) and cast photos, they got to at least the first Challenge which means that there's no possible way they can edit them out unless they brought in a replacement and filmed the entire thing over again.
Like it or not, it's going to be a big watching point of the first episode (especially if BMP filmed the transfer to NY and everything that's going on currently leading to her recovery), but not sure how it's going to look from there. CT & Diem are two of the biggest names in the franchise's history, with their elimination this early, viewership might drop off.
By the time this season airs, which is looking like Spring 2015 (ugh), I think they'll be able to present it in a tasteful way. They'll definitely promote what has happened on opening trailers, maybe even have an after show dedicated to her or bring her back for the reunion.
Either way, sending all my positive energy towards Diem, CT, and her family.
Whatever you feel about Diem, I hope this serves as a reminder to everyone that these are REAL people. I personally love Diem. Considering that the people of Vevmo are the "superfans", I sure hope everyone on this site takes five minutes to go on her med gift site and donate money, if nothing else out of respect for the fact that she has opened up her life to us while going through the worst times in her life.

I was told no replacement were flew in as of the 2nd elimination...Probably first episode is ending with all this and skipping the first elimination that's my prediction or what I see production doing.

Honestly, I can't imagine CT agreeing to have an replacement partner. Not with Diem. He wanted to do it with her and nobody else.

CT wouldn't just stay there with a replacement and let Diem leave by herself when she collasped like that.
That article made me sick to my stomach. I pray to God that Diem beat this again. My heart is so heavy right now. I'm hoping thy has informed the cast of her status. Some are her friends and they are probably worried about her.
But based on Jenna's now ex boyfriends tweets, she's probably still there lol.
I'm just catching up on all this and the Diem thing is nauseating. I saw someone post the article today online and I thought it was an article about her ovarian cancer and then I saw the word 'colon' and I almost gasped. How truly awful.
I'm sure they'll still show it on TV but will do it in a tasteful way. It could be one of the more 'real' moments this show has had and if they do it tastefully enough, maybe they could get some sort of donation going for Diem or just a Cancer foundation in general.
On a side note, who are Brittany/Adam and JJ/Simone?

And again, I'm not saying she didn't win...she obviously did. I said she made no real contribution to any of these winning teams aside from on the first challenge. She is definitely better than I thought she was but I would say that the majority of the girls there are better than she is. I personally believe that she's the weakest of the returning girls.
For what it's worth Nany and Knight I believe both followed pages on twitter. Might keep a slight eye out although the page Nany followed is private..and knights is strange...but for those digging for the 4th team out..
I can't really imagine Johnny or Wes being in competition mode after this. If someone I was close friends with went down like that I would probably just say **** it and leave at first opportunity. To be in 100% game mode after this seems pretty impossible.

I am not sure tj and production are giving updates how serious it is ...they all may not even know the extent of the issue
