My heart literally hurts right now. I believe and know Diem can pull through. Shes a tough one

This is incredibly heart breaking and I will pray for her.

So devastated for Diem :( life just isn't fair. 3rd fight with cancer when she is only 32, what a fighter.

This is so frustrating just as a viewer and someone not even close to her. I pray she gets over this recurrence for the second time. It's getting ridiculous. PR, I know it says "while filming abroad" but do you think Diem and CT had enough footage/were there long enough to be shown or even edited out?

Well that really threw in a plot twist in BMP's plot twist to bring CT & Diem back... So sad but I'm confident that Diem can pull through this one. She's a fighter and has way more heart than most of these girls who are on the show.

DAAAAMMMMNNNNN this sucks big time!!!!! Diem got cancer again. Stay strong, fighter. Soon it will be Diem 3 - Cancer 0. It definitely sucks, because I thought they had this win in the bag and the series biggest couple got their win:( Looks like Duel 3 must get her first win then with CT as the male winner 1) Duel 1 was when they fell in love with eachother 2) Duel 2 was their lowest point in their relationship 3) Duel 3 finally they win it together. DIEM KEEP FIGHTING!!!!! This kind of took my exictment for the season away. I feel very ...... sad.

I agree. The spoilers aren't really interesting if she went out that way. Of course her fight with cancer is so much bigger than the game though. I hope she kicks cancers butt again and knows she has a ton of support behind her even if we are just viewers at home

I knew she got a DQ, but I was told it was it was over a bad reaction over a peanut butter challenge and it wasn't cancer again. Then I sa one of her closest friends tweet about it a few days and got a little worried. Now I am shock and praying for her. She is a tough cookie and going to beat cancer for 3rd time.

I was hearing that Diem went home because she was sick and had a bad feeling but just kept hoping it wasn't true. I broke down when I saw this on my Twitter feed this morning. I am beyond heart broken that this poor girl has to go thru this yet again. My heart goes out to her. CT, and her family and friends. I will tolerate ZERO negativity. Any post mentioned about Diem better be positive or it is getting deleted. I will also look into a special thread for her and update you.

I, absolutely, agree with you on any negativity about Diem. In my opinion, if anyone posts anything negative they are heartless. Thank you, Karina502, for reiterating that!
