They probably had an alternate team, but they usually won't replace anyone after the first elimination has taken place.
ANyways a little late but here are more confirmation that Wes is on this challenge and that the location is Panama, Looking for spotting pictures of certain cast members I found this that was posted on departure day at 4:30 AM, no idea somebody posted that until now:

I am intrigued by that because they actually legit hate each other. Leroy hates wes too..But both those guys like Theresa(in different ways)...Johnny saved her on cutthroat from a guy tryign to take adv of her and well you know Leroy and Theresa's history.
Wes/Bananas are one of the few who actually hate each other out of this entire cast. Avery/Nia is the other i'd say..
Back to spoilers to remain on topic, Someone should be spotted by Monday morning if it holds true when Thomas was spotted as being home i think was Monday morning or at least that's when we were told by PR who has done a ton of spoilers for us all the last couple seasons which we should all be grateful.

Didn't V1 mention there being photos of the cast at LAX? I wonder when those will surface (if they ever do, that is)?

He say in the past, they used to be picture of the cast. Like if you go to the ruins thread , you will see. Even the Island/Duel 2.
Now those pictures are not as common.

Thomas/ Hailey: Eliminated
Adam/ Brittany:P/R says still there
Jordan/ Sarah/ P/R says still there
Knight/ Jemmee: Knights girl said she talked to him
Jay/ Jenna: P/R says still there
Bananas/ Nany: Girlfriend said she talked to him
Johnny/ Avery: I believe P/R said still there
Zach/ Joanna: P/R said zach was hooking up with some
JJ/Simone: PR said still there
That leaves: CT and Diem/ Wes and Theresa/ LeeRoy and Nia
And I believe I would know if LeeRoy was back and to my knowledge he is not so that leaves 2 teams and of course there's the possibility of the 14th team that could of been DQ'D

IMO I don't think Johnny's hard to beat either, it just depends on who it is. Zach/Jonna, Leroy/Nia or CT/Diem could easily do it.

I agree but once the pressure starts on him he will not need jay anymore and since there are a lot of legit good teams that could be relatively early this season..anything to avoid his name being called but it depends if boston folks go with wes or jb .. If not all together
