According to some posts, last night was intense: Supposedly 2 girls were arguing yesterday the Two "latinas" my guess Violetta/the other girl,Violetta?/Tony or Bruno were hugging a video, Locals were being rude/giving them crap because according to them the casts are Dbags,Madison was mad about something and rude to people where they were at. Then according to some facebook posts, a brunette cast member was putting a DJ hand in her private parts lol More post saying that the cast were Dbags:
I feel like locals always say the cast are dbags and no matter where they filmed the cast will get yelled at by locals.
I know that already for most reality series but I'mn referencing The Real World franchise. I'm royally pissed. Its like finding out you little brother left the toilet seat up.
It's still a television show. They need to do some things to make sure they get what they need. I don't think that it's that surprising...
It always have been like that lol they re shoot scenes all the time, not just for real world but for most "reality" shows. Field Producers are also well known for making drama happened, putting bugs into cast members ears and make certain circumstances happened the way the want them to happened. It's not really scripted or staged but they do re shoot stuff and manipulated situations in order to deliver what they are looking for.
Yeah, it's still a television show lol. They need to control some production elements in order to get the shots they need and such. I don't think it's that surprising...
Yeah, it's still a television show lol. They need to control some production elements in order to get the shots they need and such. I don't think it's that surprising...
Exactly neither locals or some people on this forum get that...The moment they reshoot something they swear it's scripted. ANyways, here is a better picture of the entire cast and the girl we are missing:
Exactly neither locals or some people on this forum get that...The moment they reshoot something they swear it's scripted. ANyways, here is a better picture of the entire cast and the girl we are missing:
Sylvia/Savannah/who knows looks like she could even be Filipina/Vietnamese or Pacific Islander in that picture! But I think she's Hispanic based on several comments made by Chicago natives and apparently Bruno or Jason calling her Puerto Rican. Then again, everyone in New Orleans thought Sahar was Hispanic too.
It's understandable why they would reshoot things, it's not like they are creating a storyline for them out of the blue for them to enact. It's just getting a shot of a scene the cast already made that they simply missed. Although, I'm not sure how I feel about production telling certain castmates they are being boring and need to do something. I mean, they still have a little less than three months to get the film they need. Maybe have them do other things besides partying... (though I'm not sure what they've done so far, so I can't say they have/haven't)
what do you mean "everyone" lol.
Everyone who was posting on Vevmo about seeing the cast in New Orleans described her as a Hispanic girl.
oh ****, so its staged now? I thought I felt bad for The Hills but it looks like V1 was right...
Of course I'm right. When has that not been the case? ;) I can't begin to tell you the number of stories cast members have told me over the years about production manipulation of the show. BMP used to deny it ever happened. Now they just ignore the question because with the proliferation of social media and cell phone cameras there has been too much reshooting evidence for BMP to successfully refute the allegations. Since this is an celebration weekend of sorts for the RW Brooklyn cast,
with only Sarah
missing from the gathering for Chet's wedding, I'll share a story two cast members told me about an event from RW Brooklyn. People may recall the episode in which the cast drove to Lancaster PA from Brooklyn. The episode showed the guys on the road wondering where the women were and ******* that they were always late. That was the set up. The women actually left first and were called back to Red Hook by production so the guys would arrive first and be pissed at the women. Reality TV is all about creating and then exploiting any possible conflict. Congeniality may be fine elsewhere, but not on Reality TV! This is "storyboarding," (not scripted TV) like creating the drawer in the kitchen into which Wes, Danny and Nehemiah were to put women's phone numbers during RW: Austin. That was production's idea, not the cast. Wes, in particular, thought it was stupid. Frankly, very few cast members, with the rarest of exceptions--perhaps 4-5 people over 29 seasons--have been capable of dealing with a script (dialogue). RW is much more like improve, with production giving the cast tasks, suggestions or even direct coaching, but it's not scripted. The people who are quick witted and more alpha quickly become the cream, while the others who may be far more intelligent and circumspect about the cameras and manipulation largely disappear in the post-production edit bay.
How DARE the producers of a TV show try and stir things up to cause drama.....that's probably why the Real World has been on the air 22 years and I've never heard of one of V1mans "productions".
I feel like with Ex-Plosion they've pretty much said **** it in terms of caring about whether the audience knows that there's production manipulation. I didn't watch explosion religiously but I tried to watch those episode highlight packages and there was one on which the cast said that production would leave video files of them doing things in the club on the computer's desktop to get them in trouble with other house members. If viewers don't realize that there's manipulation by now then they're dumb.

Good for you. Perhaps you just don't like the fact that I tarnish your precious show with some truth. There are three shows listed on imbd from before the time when they wanted to be paid for additional listings. More listed elsewhere. Dave Garner - IMDb Or you could just type my name (David Garner) in the imdb search block and find some other stuff. But, really, who the Hell cares what you do? I don't.
Has anybody heard about any fights?
Has anybody heard about any fights?
Other than 2 "latinas" arguing no. then again we didn't know how much of train wreck Ashley was last season until the trailer and the show actually aired.
Other than 2 "latinas" arguing no. then again we didn't know how much of train wreck Ashley was last season until the trailer and the show actually aired.
Plus, let's not forget on the last season, the most fights happened either in the cab or in the loft..

In the first few few pictures and videos we found she looked shy and timid.
Did any of the shows listed come on E! network? They all sound familiar.
No, all were Pay Per View (PPV) either on InDemand (CBS business unit, not to be confused with Comcast's OnDemand option) or via Direct TV's own PPV option. There are four other shows that were optioned to **** Clark Entertainment that I can't talk about until their option period expires. Two other shows are currently making the rounds of the networks in various pitch meetings and one new show concept went into development yesterday. There has been previous litigation and a sealed settlement between the principal partner in our company and E!, so nothing we produce would likely be on E! unless we sold it outright to a third party production company. Frankly, E! is just not worth the trouble and PPV is WAY more profitable.
Thanks for clearing that up. Hopefully it was one the $19.95 shows and not one of the $29.95 shows.
lol@high siddity. its been like that since RWPhilly in spring 2004 before that it was just respectable civilians. I remember when one knocked out RWDanny.
It was happening Before that. I remember the **** show they had for San Diego 1 and the cast said the locals were rude and tried to start fights with them. They even showed actual footage of it.

It is bound to happen since people want to try to get on TV.
I ran into them today in Wrigleyville. Was waiting for an uber and they were being filmed just walking around, taking pics, etch. They looked like typical tourists. Nicole disappeared down the block and one crew person followed her and brought her back to the group. She seemed a little drunk and when the crew was telling her to get back with the group, Nicole looked at me and said "she was my girlfriend but I broke up with her." and then ran across the street. She was wearing a bright pink shirt and jeans. Jason ran into the 7/11 to buy some cigars and my bf had a brief conversation with him on which brand he liked best. He likes Swisher.

I feel bi-polar when it comes to you. One minute you're cool and the next minute you're condescending.
At the TCA's last month this what was revealed about the upcoming season 's twist of The Real World:
Hint about the next Real World twist? "Here at MTV, we don't have sisters and brothers make out, we save that for our reality shows." #TCA14
https://twitter.com/realityblurred/status/487639075281567746 Basically they revealed to the TV critics/reporters at the TCA's that the twist is 'siblings'! Last season it was 'exes'!I guess this means we will see Tony Raines' gay brother.
