And they were ALL OVER cell phone use, so no good pictures unfortunately. :(
You mean they told you to put your phones away if you were trying to get pictures of them or what? I didn't have that problem, but I wasn't right up in their faces trying to get pictures, so I'm not sure.
Does anybody else feel like the producers are controlling everything so far, has there been any REAL drama yet?
Yeah I thought it was weird someone said that the producers were talking to Madi at the bar or something and getting mad at her for being boring? And so she went to the bathroom and came out and stopped talking to the guy she was talking to... wtf let her do what she wants.

Yeah, I just hope that the producers eventually stand back and let things flow. Nobody wants a fake Real World season, its a contradiction.
The cast reportedly interviewed for jobs at Vincenzo's, a pizza place/sports bar. Gives me a Portland vibe!
Now all we need is Mugshot Madison to go Hurricane Nia on someone. LOL

Well, the field producers for 90% of reality shows are well known for doing that in order to create the conflict or the footage they want and they know how to get the results they need. You will be surprised how many times production have intervene or tell someone they are being boring. It's not their first time and it's not going to be the last time they do so.
They have done it in shows like The Real World, Jersey show, Teen Mom, Bad girls club and even the challenges. Some even have production puppets in bad girls club the biggest one have been Julie from Mexico and The Challenges Beth/Wes.
The people who production normally intervene with are the ones who exaggerate their personalities in the casting process and bring nothing to the table when filming starts. If production doesn't step in sometimes then you'll end up with another season like Back to San Diego.
Wherever the RW films in certain areas the residents there like to act all high sidity and then usually they're the ones desperate for camera time trying to flip off the camera guy, purposely walk through a scene, fight a cast member or hookup with one. Pipe down!

As a resident...I'm torn. It's so cool that they're here because it's fun and exciting, but there are a couple of my favorite spots that I'm worried they're going to ruin. Vincenzo's is such a lovely place. The owner/manager knows us by name, and when I was there one night right after I had my daughter, looking like an exhausted new mom, he did a shot with me. He's just a great guy. I don't want it to get all commercial and start attracting a lame crowd, you know? But it's a sacrifice I'm going to have to make to get to watch a reality show unfold on my block. :)

what was the point of him putting that online? lol. He'll be in the episode alright just like Doug, le sigh.
So the girls aren't getting along and the guys are BFF's?
agreed. Im sick of the guys getting along. we need less female *****ing and more of the dudes getting into it.

lol@high siddity. its been like that since RWPhilly in spring 2004 before that it was just respectable civilians. I remember when one knocked out RWDanny.
According to some posts, last night was intense:
Supposedly 2 girls were arguing yesterday the Two "latinas" my guess Violetta/the other girl,Violetta?/Tony or Bruno were hugging a video, Locals were being rude/giving them crap because according to them the casts are Dbags,Madison was mad about something and rude to people where they were at.
Then according to some facebook posts, a brunette cast member was putting a DJ hand in her private parts lol

More post saying that the cast were Dbags:

It always have been like that lol they re shoot scenes all the time, not just for real world but for most "reality" shows. Field Producers are also well known for making drama happened, putting bugs into cast members ears and make certain circumstances happened the way the want them to happened. It's not really scripted or staged but they do re shoot stuff and manipulated situations in order to deliver what they are looking for.

I know that already for most reality series but I'mn referencing The Real World franchise. I'm royally pissed. Its like finding out you little brother left the toilet seat up.

It reminds me of Cutthroat. I believe someone (Tori?) said that production made them run up the tower again because "the ending wasn't how they wanted" or they weren't as excited as they wanted them to be (well duh, they just ran up a frickin tower)
