Also I actually think that is how the returning houseguest twist will work. Next week there will be one HOH nominates two people, America votes on which two evicted houseguests they want to have a chance to re-enter. BoB is played winners are safe losers are on the block and no veto. So there would be chance for 2 returning houseguests
