How would it jeopardize anything? Is he going to cheat on Diem because he's in that environment with Cooke? If so, Diem needs to leave him anyway.

I'd have no problem with my wife doing a challenge like this with her ex. None at all. That's why we've been happily married for as long as we have been. We trust each other and "let" each other do the things that make them happy. CT loves the challenges. Being partner without Cooke isn't putting anything in jeopardy unless Diem isn't confident enough to deal with it or he cheats. If he cheats it is better she finds out now.

I could think of Diem (Duel, Gauntlet III, Rivals 2) although she isn't an ex, Shauvon (Duel II), Mandi (Rivals), Laurel (Rivals), Nany (Rivals 2), Ana (Rivals 2), and possibly Cooke (Rivals 2). Am I missing anyone?
It's interesting how he didn't hook up with any of the girls in Paris, and as far as I remember, he didn't hook up with anyone on the Inferno or Inferno 2. Looks like he did basically all of his work on Rivals and Rivals II, other than Diem, which is a real relationship. Did he even do anything with Cooke? Was it something where the cameras just didn't catch them or what? I don't even remember what he did with Nany to be honest.

There's a difference between being secure about yourself and just being straight out dumb. If you don't enforce any kind of boundaries then anything is possible.
