A coworker of mine used to work with Shane and Shane was his manager. He said he'd never do the challenges again and that my coworker was his favorite person to work with because he was the only one who didn't know he had been on reality tv haha.

It had it's moments. The unpredictability was it's best attribute, especially in a season where it seemed painfully obvious who'd make it to the end (and even then, didn't happen). But that's not the point.
It all depends what they focus on in the show, since Exes is a lot more heavy on the drama whereas Free Agents was extremely heavy on the competition. If you have couples like Zach/Jonna, Johnny/Avery, Danny/Melinda, & Knight/Jemmeye -- you have genuinely tumultuous relationships in how they ended.
Outside of the final 5 on the last Battle of the Exes, that season had a TON of duds (even Paula/Dunbar I'm not so crazy about). But it was a strong show in the last couple of seasons. This season has a lot of potential for DRAMA.

Hopefully they go with LaToya and two surprise teams of Wes/KellyAnne and Dunbar/Ashli so that there's an even number of pairs. 11 eliminations, 3 team final.
You'd think after the first Exes was cursed with DQs and injuries that they'd want 15 or 16 teams.
But as I stressed before, Dustin/Heather would be the CT/Diem of this season. The season would be 10x better with them, and it's a shame that instead we get Dustin/Jess.

There's tons of other schools that are much easier to get into than ASU. ASU's W.P.Carey school of business and their engineering program is everything but easy to get into. So don't try to discredit ASU. This isn't Devry University or University of Phoenix.

I think that if anyone would be the CT/Diem of this season It would be Danny/Melinda since they have the most legit relationship out of all the pairs.

Rivals IMO was a one-hit wonder. The first one was awesome, and unless they could have gotten pairs like Abram/Adam and Beth/Tina there was absolutely no reason to do a second installment.

Amen. Just like two good competitors do not always make for a great elimination. Aneesa vs Laurel was a snoozefest while Jemmye vs LaToya was edge-of-your-seat, awesome suspense.

Dustin/Heather had a pretty legit relationship. Moved in together. Relationship traveled to a completely other reality tv show. Something went wrong, issues haven't been resolved, both have "moved on."
Danny/Melinda was a legit relationship as well, but I think it's largely been explored. They felt pressure to live up to their "reality tv" showmance (whatever that means) and then it ended badly because they woke up one morning & realized they weren't for one another. I think putting them together is gonna be more awkward than anything, there's no chance on resolving issues.
