I don't think they called him, he was always saying on twitter how he was waiting for the call and he will go, after rivals 2 he was promoting himself on twitter to get a call for the next challenge.
I think mtv doesn't/didn't want him on the challenges.

Just watched the Duel 1, can't believe CT ripped the flag and got sent home, he would have won for sure.
The other thing I noticed the prizes were much bigger than now, both on the final and on regular challenges, there were even BMW bikes. Why is that? Ratings?

Toya and Marie are pretty entertaining and Trey had his moments. Laura was good to look at.
Swift, Robb and Brandon sucked IMO. The guys got along too well is what the problem was. Marie was the only one with balls that season

They're going to reveal the Clue on August 5th. So I'm guessing it's going to be something about the Format or the Cast.
