Finding Carter

My intentions were to watch, but I missed it too but I've heard that it was really good. It also did decent with ratings, 1.6 million in the first hour, 1.4 in the second. Not great, but not bad for a new show on MTV.

I honestly loved it. The best MTV show to come out in awhile. I wonder where they're gonna go with it, I don't think it can last long if only based around her trying to find her identity. A fresh idea, great writing, love the character detail...and I love her brother. Does anyone know where I can find a video of the season sneak peak? My DVR cut it off :(

Hahaha really loved the premiere, it made me cry multiple times. You can't help but feel sympathy for carters abductor/ other mom. Can't wait to see how the series plays out.

The only thing is the fact that a couple of L&O cast members are on this show. Everything else is pretty much cheesy.

Can someone please explain to me what is this show about, I heard some friends talk about it and I was curious to check what it is and I wanted to ask you guys if it's worth watching.

You should be hooked from the premiere. There's really no other show like it. It deals with hard teen issues accompanied with the harsh realities of kidnapping and the effects on the family members involved. Cool little love triangles and shady business, I would highly recommend if you like that kind of stuff haha!

And maybe Lori and Carters dad had an affair and she probably just wanted him to leave Elizabeth so she could be mom to the girls because she felt Elizabeth didn't give them enough attention. But he wouldn't leave his wife... so she took one of the twins. Just a crazy way off theory haha can't wait to find out more about Lori.

It all depends on if they're fraternal twins or identical. I mean they sure as hell don't look identical. If they're fraternal, then it's two seperate eggs getting fertilized so it's very possible one is blonde and one is brunette. However they haven't discussed this topic yet. I can kinda see similarities but at the same time I don't at all. But it is true that kidnappers tend to dye their child's hair too. Ugh this show is so addicting, so many mysteries. I can't wait til next episode! That sneak peak is killing me with anticipation!
