I'd be surprised if he would turn his back on The Challenges. By all appearances, he cherished his time on all the MTV shows, and was always looking forward to the next opportunity.
That said, I'd be surprised if BMP asked him back. He got too mature and was too well-liked by other cast-members. That combo equals no drama, which means he isn't TV gold (anymore).
