The Challenge: Favorite/Fantasy Casts

Ignoring any "retirements", convincing as they may be. [B][U]Free Agents 2:[/U][/B] I like the concept of Free Agents, never really being stuck in the same team, but I'd improve the concept by having it be either [B]a.[/B] Every challenge is individual, so the worst performing individual goes into the elimination and then [I]everyone[/I], bar the challenge winner goes into the draw [B]b.[/B] Every challenge is individual, so the challenge winners gets to choose one person to go into elimination and then [I]everyone[/I], bar the challenge winner goes into the draw or [B]c.[/B] There's a mix of individual and team challenges, but after the winners choose one person to go into elimination [I]everyone NOT on the winning team[/I] goes into the draw. [U]Cast:[/U] Tried to avoid anyone who has become a "staple" (harder for the girls to find), but no rookies per se because I don't watch Real World - Derek Chavez (Cancun) - Dustin Zito (Las Vegas 2011) - Frank Sweeney (San Diego) - CJ Koegul (Cancun) - Robb Schieber (St. Thomas) - Jordan Wiseley (Portland) - Marlon Williams (Portland) - Leroy Garrett (Las Vegas 2011) - Cohutta Grindstaff (Sydney) - Issac Stout (Sydney) - Zach Nichols (San Diego) - Johnny Reilly (Portland) - Trey Weatherholtz (St. Thomas) - Dan Walsh (Viewer's Revenge) - Emily Schromm (D.C.) - Laurel Stucky (Fresh Meat 2) - Sarah Rice (Brooklyn) - Nia Moore (Portland) - Latoya Jackson (St. Thomas) - Theresa Gonalez (Fresh Meat) - Nany Gonalez (Las Vegas 2011) - Devyn Simone (Brooklyn) - Marie Roda (St. Thomas) - Sam Mc.Ginn (San Diego) - Ashley Kelsey (San Diego) - KellyAnne Judd (Sydney) - Heather Cooke (Las Vegas 2011) - Jessica McCain (Portland) I realise it's very similar to Battle of the Seasons, but hey, it was a great season, why not! Well 13 out of 28 of the BOTS cast, but that's no worse than any other season recently.

And not one real vet was seen that day. Youre show is destined to fail if you include Derek Chavez of all people but not Bananas.

And I feel Derek never really got a chance to prove himself. Since he buffed up for BOTS, he was a pretty decent all round athlete on that season and kept him and Jonna out of last place for a couple of weeks against 4 person teams, and if he and Robb hadn't have gotten jipped with a stupid elimination on Rivals 2, fairly sure they would have at least beat Preston and Knight and made it one more week at the very least.

And you can't honestly say you'd rather see Derek Chavez on your screen than see Bananas or CT causing all kinds of ruckus.

I have heard of promotion nor did I say I wanted Derek over Bananas. And lack of promotion is not the only thing wrong with Free Agents. My point I was making was that casting at this point is a small margin to The Challenge and helping it gain ratings. With a good catchy theme the cast speaks for itself.

He is actually not that bad of a competitor and his fight with Robb, Marie, and Nany on BOTS was hilarious but I rather see others. He's one of a kind and the possibility of him butting heads with Thomas and Cory would be epic.

I like Derek Chavez. This is a fantasy cast thread, I really don't see why you have such a problem with me having a different opinion. I never said I want this to be the highest rated season or the most dramatic cast.

In terms of finalists, it's pretty hard to imagine it not being CT & Frank, Zach & Alton and Johnny and Jordan for the guys. For girls, I think it would be a very interesting, close competition, but I think Laurel & Aneesa, Cara & Theresa and Camilla & Nany would probably make Top 3, but I really see Diem & Cooke and Jeymme & Jonna doing well also.

I do think that an all rookies season with Good Drama and Actual Competition could work and people would like it. I am well aware that this has been tried before and ratings tanked but I still believe in it. And also on another note: I think some people are overlooking the fact that some of the newer challengers could be now considered veterans themselves. So I don't think we would need someone like Mark, or Brad, or CT.

They need a safe pick for Season 26 and by safe I mean sequel of a previous challenge. Battle of the Exes 2 or Duel 3. And I'm not really sure another Duel 3 could bring in ratings now verses if it was promoted as the last season of The Challenge.
