All of them can go through the same process: "Cast members who were never on Real World or Road Rules". Why would one be more ridiculous than the other? Why come down on somebody for not liking the Fresh Meat when a good number of people here would be up in arms if they were to ever cast people from other shows?
You're completely misunderstanding..... NOBODY is mad he doesn't like fresh meat we are mad that he never stops saying they aren't cast members which is wrong. The fact he doesn't like them doesn't matter I hate most of them to but they are cast members

I remember when people were talking about The Jersey Shore Cast doing challenges. Now it's people from Are You The One.
Realistically speaking , if the show is not produce by Bunim Murray then don't expect them on The challenge. They signed contracts, with the production company of their show. If they work with another company they will be violating their contract terms. Like it didn't happened with 16 and pregnant, Jersey shore, Buckwild, etc.

I have seen some people say how awful it would be if the Bad Girls came on the show, but why when there's already been people who weren't on RW or RR now on the challenges? Might as well make it a free-for-all. Sidenote: Actually I don't think it would be a bad idea at all if they tried that.

But since it airs in another network (Oxygen) is not possible.
Fresh Meat are unfortunately cast members at this point. Albeit, really ****** ones, but they are a legit part of the cast & that goes for that spring break random Camila too. She is a good competitor, I will give her that, but her stupid, ridiculous outbursts are just pathetic & attention-seeking at this point. By the way, it's "moot point." That was really irking me for some reason.
Those spring breaks people signed a contract that if I am not wrong stated that they could have be contacted for a future Challenge. I think they were under contract until 2013.
Debut just stop honestly NOBODY gives a **** about the fact that people are fresh meat but you and we know how we feel, we know because you can't go 3 posts without talking about we get it you hate fresh meat you don't need to say it all the time its annoying and unnecessary
...Jeez, no need to be an ******* about it; how about you guys just ignore Debut and go on about your lives normally.
...Jeez, no need to be an ******* about it; how about you guys just ignore Debut and go on about your lives normally.
Sorry, but it's just annoying as hell to read in every other post about how they aren't castmembers and claim it as fact. Pretty sure that's the first time others have really said something about it, too.
I don't see why the Fresh Meat people matter? They aren't just random people. They are people who tried out for the real world and almost made it or they declined for some reason at last mintue. So I think it is fine that they are on the challenges. Some of them should have made real world over some of the others.. Camila, yeah I understand she shouldn't have been casted. She turned out to be a great competitor but it is weird they put her on the show randomly.
From fresh meat came amazing competitos like Laurel, Evan, and Kenny.
From fresh meat came amazing competitos like Laurel, Evan, and Kenny.
Well in that case why not draft straight out of college athletic leagues? The whole point of the challenge is to be able to watch people we've come to know compete. As much as I find Camilla entertaining, I know virtually nothing about her background/life because she came out of nowhere. Nany talked about her having demons/issues, but I have no idea about any of them. We see her freaking out, but we have no idea where any of it comes from. I have no problem with fresh meat being on the show, but I think it's better if the majority of the cast members come from TRW.

The point of this show is to see people from The Real World and Road Rules whom we "know" in a sense interact with each other in a different environment. Since the Fresh Meat were just thrown onto the Challenges so there is no real backstory to any of them. We don't know anything about them at all so why should we care about any of them?

I'd love to know her backstory. I remember Devyn on Afterbuzz saying how she believes Camila feels kind of like an outcast and that's why she acts the way she does at times. I still think we're able to connect and care for her and FM people, even without a proper RW season. I never watched RW Sydney, but love KA and Cohutta, based off of the Challenges.
I had tears in my eyes when she got eliminated. She has so much heart. I loved seeing Bananas cheer for her :)
She have emotional stuff, but I give Theresa all the credit she was winning. I don't believed Camila threw it.
I had tears in my eyes when she got eliminated. She has so much heart. I loved seeing Bananas cheer for her :)
It was heartbreaking. It's really too bad, because she was easily one of the best females there. I hope whatever was bothering her worked itself out. I also love the fact that she wanted an individual challenge so badly haha.
Camila is fearless, but I agree I don't think she threw it, she gave her all, it was a fair win for theresa.
Her dad had passed recently so I don't think she was in the right state to be there but she always shows so much heart, it is amazing.
Her dad had passed recently so I don't think she was in the right state to be there but she always shows so much heart, it is amazing.
Didn't her dad passed away During Rivals 2? Didn't lexblair that know her wrote that? So that's like 6 months since her dad passed away, so it's understandable that she wasn't on right set of mind.
She almost didn't do this challenge to begin with and I really wish she didn't. Mentally she wasn't ready and she psyched herself out before the elimination happened. I almost cried because I felt bad. I hate seeing people in so much pain and that want so bad and they start crying. Breaks my heart. Wasn't there another elimination like this?
She tweeted this Camila Nakagawa ‏@CamilaMTV 42m We gotta learn when it's time to let go. I needed to go to my family & properly mourn for my dad. I LOVE YALL!!!! #TeamCamilanator @mtv
How soon did her dad die before filming?

I know Lex mentioned her dad passed when Rivals 2 filmed and there is like a 6-7 month gap there, but regardless, my condolences to her and her family.
Moving forward she should take a break next season. The regroup and come back and get that second title because she is very capable of it!
SHe said she lost but was not beat, my condolences, but i believe theresa had her regardless and won fair and square. May have lasted longer, but Theresa had her in the defense position pretty quick which would have been hard to overcome (with the addition of the rope).
I remember she posted something like R.I.P. dad and it was at the end of July. However, sad to see her go .Camila and Theresa are my faves.
She almost didn't do this challenge to begin with and I really wish she didn't. Mentally she wasn't ready and she psyched herself out before the elimination happened.
Unfortunately, it can be tempting to "go back to work" and do another challenge precisely when you have something traumatic going on (like passing of a family member or illness) because the show can serve as a distraction when you don't want to deal with the reality of what's going on. I think Diem made this mistake on Rivals 2 and CT on Duel 2, when they were dealing with their own illness/loss of family member. And they both kind of fell apart unexpectedly too. I wish she had waited to come back until she'd had time to process this, but we can't fault anyone from trying to cope anyway they can.
