Survivor: Cagayan - Head of the Snake
The tribes merge, leaving the castaways to fend for themselves. One castaway's desire for power could land them on the jury.
Yeah Woo!
WOW, that was one hell of an episode.
Omg I can't believe Kass flipped! I'm so mad lol. That was dumb of her to do IMO. At least all the idols have been all played out. I'm definitely am rooting for the old appari tribe except Kass. Hope one of them finds the special idol. Overall this is probably one of the best seasons for me. Hope it shows that we don't constantly need returnees for good ratings.

There is no way to defend that move. Garrett said she just made that move to be controversial.
I am torn on this season. The problem with the three six person tribes is I think it will screw some good players. David and Brice weren't the weakest players. Probably helped in eliminating Sarah and hurt Spencer's game. It made this season more entertaining, but I feel the winner will be Jefra or Morgan because three six person tribes caters to weaker players. Trish, Tasha, Woo, Morgan, Kass, Jeremiah, and JTia it helped weak players. I prefer a combination of a great winner and a entertaining Survivor, but I will take an entertaining Survivor over Survivor One World.
LJ needs to start throwing challenges if he wants to win this game. LJ shouldn't have used his immunity idol. Seemed like a automatic that he won't be the vote. After Russell Hantz nobody goes after the strongest player post merge because rightfully so they think they have a hidden immunity idol. Jeremiah should do the same thing, but I absolutely have no faith in his gameplay to win Survivor. Tony is too big and looks like a challenge threat and nothing he can do to change that.

Physically? Strategically? Tasha put herself in a great position at the beginning of the game. She's a huge fan of the show and knows what she's doing and I think she'd make the merge in any season she competed on. Plus she's very strong. Trish is the person pulling off all the moves. She's the one who got Cliff out and she's the one who got Kass to flip. She's the underrated mastermind. I'm sure Jeremiah or Woo could win being the "nice guy" in former seasons. And yeah. I don't think Morgan is weak either. It's just the way it goes.. I don't agree with this comment.

Morgan also showed some brains by putting a target on Jeremiah's back after Brice was voted out. This season has been amazing. I'd put it above the past few.
Great episode with lots of drama and an unexpected blind side. That said, Kass just assured herself a place on the jury. Idiotic, petty move.

Morgan told Jefra that Jeremiah was with them making impossible for Jeremiah to not vote out Brice. Jeremiah put the target on his own back by admitting to Alexis that he was thinking of voting her out that is why she never trusted him. She said it on Survivor Live. Also Alexis got herself voted out by admitting to the Brains that LJ and Jefra were really tight with her. Jeremiah needed to lie more often, because nobody trusts him. Morgan is just floating and telling Jeremiah was with them when approaching Jefra was incredibly dumb. Tony got out Cliff. He was always gunning from Cliff from day one. Trish would have been voted out in the beginning of the show just like JTia. Nobody liked her on their tribe. She also was the one who made comments against Sarah and Lindsey's work ethic. Tasha cannot swim, run, or be good in an endurance challenge which is most of survivor challenges. Do the swim and run challenges have puzzles at the end a lot of the time? Yes, but if you're not one of the first people at the puzzle you almost always lose. Garrett was a moron when it comes to the game and that is what got himself voted out. There has been no strategy for the Brains tribe since then. They have always had the numbers until Kass switched this episode. Tasha couldn't even make Kass not switch the vote.

She was able to sway Kass as well, while being underestimated by people like Sarah. How someone does in challenges at this point is irrelevant. Cirie made final 4 her first two times and she was bad at challenges. That was all on Kass' stupidity. Has she never heard of pandering to a swing vote (Sarah)? She played that off emotion 100%. No one could have foreseen Kass would flip going from 3rd to 6th most likely.

And again like Freshmeat said challenges don't matter in Survivor. They're just apart of being immune from the vote but not winning immunity doesn't mean someone's a weak survivor player. Sandra won twice and never came close to winning immunity! But I don't even recall Tasha being weak in challenges? She's actually been very dominant... J'tia was the one who sucked at swimming not Tasha. And i'd most definately put more blame on Kass for thinking that Tasha was flipping on her instead of realizing Tasha was just taking Sarah's side because they needed her vote to be in the majority.. that was just so stupid of her to take it personal.

Challenges have a lot to do when it comes to being voted out early in this game, but there are sometimes bad challenge competitors who get dragged along far into this game. Trish knew that Kass was willing to flip so Tasha should have known if she was a good game player. Also there is really only a final 4 or 3 alliance unless someone is stupid like Colby and takes someone else based on friendship to the final tribal council giving them a million dollars. 3 six person tribes lets weaker players get by compared to two 8 or 9 person tribes.

Trish made it happen, Tony just provided a vote. Anyway, it's not as if we are left with a bunch of JTias these are all capable players for the most part. Being weak in challenges doesn't make you a weak player either. 2/3 three tribe seasons have been great so I don't think the format is flawed whatsoever. Out of the people left, there still a bunch of people who would make good winners. This season has surpassed the last two definitely IMO.

As Fresh Meat said, being strong in challenges isn't the only criteria that makes someone a strong player in this game. Being very social and strategic in the moves you make can make you a strong player as well. Example: Cirie. Also, there are hardly any "weak" players that are remaining. To me I'd say the weak ones are Kass(for obvious reasons), Jefra(hasn't done much in challenges or strategically that would scream "strong player". Also she has pretty much followed LJ's lead up to this point), and Morgan(reason similar to Jefra and I think at this point has been lucky). Everyone else is, IMO, strong whether their performance in challenges, strategically speaking, or both.
