The Challenge: Favorite/Fantasy Casts

The Challenge: Island II Guangzhou, China Four [I]preliminary[/I] teams (vet/rookie men and women) will compete in a daily challenge. One team of each gender will win, losing teams then must vote off one member of their team. The male and female players voted off will then select one player of the winning team to face off against on The Island. Once decisions are made, that day's winning teams will deliberate and decide what games will be played on the island for each gender. Games are based on/inspired by the Chinese Wu Xing (five elements): Fire, Water, Earth, Wood, and Metal. Eliminations are Exile styled in the sense that only the competitors will be present, no spectators. The winners on the Island will return to the game, but not necessarily to their original team. As the reward (or burden) for winning the mission the day before, the winning teams will be joined by that night's elimination winners. (Ex. Vet Girls win, rookies vote out Arielle. Ari selects Ruthie as her opponent. If Ruthie wins, she stays on her team, if Ari wins, she takes Ruthie's place on the vet team.) I like Ashley a lot, she is a great competitor and level-headed, something the show's current cast pool is heavily lacking in. If Ashley had Devyn's personality she would probably be one of the most popular cast members of all time!

Perhaps the players are trapped in the container with a limited air space and must solve a puzzle at the bottom that once completed with cause the walls of the tank to collapse and release the water and player. Earth would involve a mud wrestling competition. Fire would be a revamped Hanging By A Thread, but involves burning through a series of ropes. Wood and Metal are a bit harder to imagine games for. For wood, I'm thinking an elevated, wooden platform where players try to knock each other off with a bamboo sword and shield. Metal could be a giant metal sphere that players are put inside of, basically a giant hamster ball. The object is to roll your sphere into a goal 3-5 times, smashing into your opponent to prevent them from scoring along the way. Hardcore [URL="http://zorb.com/world/"]zorbing[/URL].

I can only see them having to really work for some of the girls [Kina, Ev, Diem, Jenn, Svetlana] As far as winners, I think Inferno 2, Gauntlet 2 and Rivals 1 are the strongest 3.

Oiled up- both females are in a oil pit and try to push the other out 9.Ring Toss-Players try to wrestle a big ring out of the other man's hands and must put the ring over a poll located at each end of the inferno. First to do so 3 times wins 10.Keys- each girl wears a jump suit with keys on it, then they must rip the keys off the other girl and use the keys to unlock a door, whoever unlocks the door first wins.

The challengers are a pretty solid bunch overall that could give the champions a run for their money. This time there are no obvious anchors like Casey and Shauvon. The first season of The Ruins really became tough to watch after awhile with such unbalanced teams.

And I was creating a realistic season that I'd want to watch. Sarah can take another season off imo. I don't think the champion guys are much stronger, if they'll be stronger at all. I think Johnny and Wes are the clear top competitors but we've seen Wes get taken out several times, and I think all the champion guys could lose to a challenger guy in one event or another and vice verse. And I don't think Dunbar is an anchor. He did well on Cutthroat and Ruins 1 I believe. He may not have shined but I don't recall him being an anchor. I am interesting in seeing how the new cast, in particular Cory and Jamie interact with past cast members and in a team situation.

Plus the champion girls are stacked if they got rid of Sam which wouldn't be that hard. As opposed to the challengers who only have 3 girls who are strong and we know can complete a final and who would be assets in the final

Eh, I guess. That's just a cast that I think would be interesting. And I think it'd be a fight for both teams, should be much better competition than what was on Ruins and Gauntlet 3.

I think CT, Abram, and Derrick would float by based on everyone probably wanting to work with them. I think Mike and Cooke could dominate challenges and eliminations. Maybe KellyAnne and Scott too. Not sure Laurel would have a shot, for some reason I can see Thomas being similar to Alex from Denver.

I think Thomas could be good, he was a star tennis player in high-school plus Sarah & Cory would be a great pair
