Jonna couldn't beat Cara in something physical. However, Emily, Sarah, Camila, Aneesa, and Cooke would kill Cara in anything physical. Nany potentially, as well.

Your use of the word "overcompensating" in the first post implied she's a bad athlete and that people are defending her just because we "feel bad" or something like that
By physical I also meant a strength related challenge like Pole Wrestle I really don't think half the girls on the show could beat her in an elim like that..By looking at who's left I really don't see anyone other than Emily/Aneesa beating her in a wrestling type event, awhile ago I might have said Camila would be close but I can't be the only one who think she looks more fit now for endurance than built for strength..If you think Cara's annoying personally then fine, but don't bash her as a competitor that's just blind hatred

Cara may be one of the strongest girls physically but she doesn't have a mentality of a competitor and that's why all of the girls listed above would probably beat her in physical elimination

I don't know she seemed to get on Emily pretty quick on Twitter, a passive non-competitive person wouldn't do that..Plus some statements I can understand, or even thinking some people are a good matchup..What I think is silly is when people are making it like everyone can beat Cara while even including Jonna on the list..At that point it's pretty obvious that the opinion isn't realistic and just based on hate instead

Honestly this convo didn't start because of me, everyone was having a bash Cara fest because of how she acts and when it was said Jonna could beat her then I started to defend her because that's just crazy talk
I understand if people find her annoying, I'm sure some people like Frank too, that's personal opinion despite me disagreeing with that opinion I didn't really care until it went from "she's annoying" to "she can't compete" because she can and anyone who watches the show can see that she can
I mean this is the Spoiler thread and we know Cara comes in second with Cooke, but Cooke can't do it by herself, I'm sure Cara carried her weight like she typically does..She came in second now to Emily and Evelyn in a final, does that really make her a bad competitor? Her and Cooke already won elims this season already, so I'm pretty sure this is just a personal thing
Edit: I'm kind of curious if anyone actually likes Cara who think she's not top 5/top 10 in challenges for the girls, obviously if you hate her I think the opinion on athletic ability is somewhat bias
Or maybe Cooke motivated her? I don't hate Cara, but she annoys me and only does well when she has someone to motivate her, usually Abram or Laurel. Had Cara been in a position like Camila in Cutthroat, she wouldn't be able to hack it.
I do think Jonna could beat Cara in something like endurance or more mental though.

PS: I definitely think that her physical abilities are her main area of expertise as far as the challenges go, and would put her in the top 10 active players, as far as her physical strength goes. However, an all-around top10 placement would be rather unfair considering all the other areas in which she lacks rather badly..

As far as a physical elimination goes, this list is fairly solid. I'd definitely bump Sarah up to at least being ahead of Cara, and possibly Camila, and maybe switch Nany and Theresa around. Diem's placement seems about right, although I think she could beat Paula (Diem did defeat Jenn in Push Over). However, Diem was recovering as filming was occurring, so she is definitely not at 100 percent. Jessica, being a bigger girl, could be placed below Diem/Paula and above Trishelle. Jasmine could easily handle Naomi and Anastasia.

Actually Naomi didn't handle Mandi well at all.. Mandi destroyed Naomi, and the only reason why she lost that elimantion was because of Wes.

All the elimantions you listed the winning women had 2-0. Mandi won with Naomi not even getting a point. If YOU go back and watch the episode, Naomi praises Mandi for her endurance, strength, and positioning.

Cast members, Leroy included, have said that Mandi had no trouble whatsoever with Naomi. The edit may be deceiving, but Mandi did not struggle. If you look at her face, you don't see her putting in much effort.
As far as Anastasia goes, I don't see that fire in her eyes. Jasmine may be tiny, but I definitely feel she has more lasting power.

I think Sarah is a great all around competitor but when it comes to getting physical with others, she hasn't really shown much. Her elimination round with Katie Doyle was rather close and in the "Block Party" mission, she had a very hard time wrestling with Veronica from what I've heard. In fact, Veronica wasn't even dragged across the line until a fourth girl, Kelly Anne came to help.
Diem did defeat Jenn in "Push Over" but that had more to do with the fact that Diem played smartly and used Jenn's aggressiveness against her. It wasn't like Diem manhandled her to the back of the plank. Diem is good at many things and can climb and swim well but I'm not convinced that she could defeat Paula in something physical in each of their respective primes.

Katie's gone on record to say that she half-threw the elimination against Camila because she didn't want to win and give Theresa/Emily/Jenn a free ride to the end.

Katie also stated that she was blown away by her strength in that elimination round. I don't think that elimination round would have been close either way.
