The Challenge: Rivals II - The Dark Knight Rises

-__- I have the perfect idea for a themed challenge next season, now it may be a little too radical, but here me out... A cast made up of players, who have been screwed over by their partners (Sarah, Heather, Camila, G3Vets, etc.) in the past and are looking to get redemption, only this time, they work ALONE! Never again will they have to depend on anyone else, only themselves... Everyone would finally be on an even playing field. As I'm typing this, I'm actually shocked BMP/MTV hasn't considered maybe trying this... I mean I know viewers, fans, and contestants much prefer partner themed challenges and elimination rounds where the results are decided by a coin toss, especially in rapid succession, but I think a challenge like this could work. The one drawback I see could be that older and top competitors may not want to participate, but its a risk they'll have to take with the series, I mean the ratings are doing well enough for such a huge gamble.

The elimination round was kind of stupid but I kind of liked that. I like when this show doesn't take itself too seriously and does something a little more fun. I mean, back in the glory days we had riveting eliminations like walking on treadmills, eating peppers, carrying bricks across a beam, eating cookies and milk and spinning around, and standing on a tiny block listening to loud noises. Seriously, the eliminations on the first Inferno are so strange. I didn't have a problem with them, but it's not like dumb eliminations is something new to the show. Also, Zach's "Golden Girls" comment about Aneesa and Trishelle legit made me LOL. And ****it for some reason I found it cool that he called Preston his buddy. See Zach doesn't hate all gays! Just Frank. We can all relate to hating Frank.

There Sarah goes hating on my Shauvon and Devyn. Casey I understand. Watch Sarah get what's coming to her. I wonder what Katelynn has to say about her comment tonight.

Knight's a jerk. I'm pleasantly surprised how much Jemmye hates him now, though. Watching Sarah have to go home again because of a ****** partner was... expected. Just her luck. Poor girl. :( Preston in that blonde wig. WTF. Cannot be unseen.

Where is Trishelle even coming from with saying Aneesa is talking about nothing? Aneesa even sat there and tried to let Trishelle talk, and she had absolutely no point to what she was running her mouth about. Shut up Trishelle and don't say stupid things.

Not sure why Trishelle thinks she's so above Aneesa.

That aftershow was interesting for sure. There's a few stuff that they probably could have put in the first 13 minutes instead of leaving it off the show. Could have helped me grasp it a little more.

I like this idea to a certain extent.[/QUOTE] I mean, I kno it could be tough since everyone wouldn't fit the theme, and we how how strict BMP is about their themes, but they could just clips from seasons where players had to partner up, or show RW seasons where they had to work their job together and someone was late, word of mouth could be a qualifier too, or they could just go ahead and have a god ****** Duel 3 already.

I really enjoyed the elimination round. You guys can hate on it all you want, but it involved strategy and teamwork. Knight and Preston won because they had a better strategy and did a better job at communicating, not because they got lucky. Cooke also looked really good when she came out for the aftershow :love_heart:

Trishelle is a joke. She was making no sense that entire fight but she is dumb for quitting because I really think her and Sarah had a chance. That's a shame. A lot of castmemebers are calling Jemmye an instigator on twitter, I thought she was cool with everyone haha. Johnny/Frank finally won :) Always Team Bananas. I would love to see Jonna/Nany win one, they surprise me every week. and DAMN Jordan was impressive. He is such a great competitor and has a lot of heart. #TeamRookies and I can't wait for next week, I always love Knight/Jemmye drama. Too funny

Sarah has been screwed with at least one partner in every challenge. What is coming for Sarah is a legit chance to win.

Always love Trishelle, but is not his best night. Sarah need a real life and real friend, my tv hate his face.

Just a shame she had to be paired with an idiot (possible racist) that is a horrible human being and has been one dating back at least until the Inferno. Trishelle can continue to try to be famous off these shows and playing poker--best of luck to her--no one will EVER marry that chick. There isn't enough money in the world to put up with her. Also, I have no idea what kind of English you speak as this makes little sense other than you like Trishelle and hate Sarah--you know, the person that was wronged
